'Richard was amazing and friendly, and even helped carry my bag up the stairs. I hadn’t read the notices and arrived without letting him know, but as soon as I called, he quickly made his way over to let me in. Other than the number of stairs, which was a minor issue, the place as a whole has a vintage aesthetic reminiscent of hostels gone by. Adorned with faces and Post-it notes from previous occupants, it has a certain warmth about it that makes it perfect for a solo traveller. The private...

'The spa bath was amazing'

'Staying in gangnam is Aloft is a great place to stay if you don’t have much luggage, the airport limo stop is opposite the hotel but is a wee walk to actually get to a crossing point. The bathroom has partially opaque glass walls so others in the room can see through. Also the entry way has sensor lights so if you use the bathroom in the night it’ll light up the place like a Christmas tree. The curtains are not black out.'

'Everything was good, but, the breakfast is very early and last only one hour. Staff was very polite. Everything was clean.'

'Prima hotel in een schikke wijk!'

'No closet for clothes to hang. Tiny and small room. Claustrophobic. Would not go again here. '

'Personeel kan totaal geen Engels'

'Zimmer sehr klein aber sauber'

'For the price, it was quite acceptable. Good location in Wangsimni but also convenient for the subway.'
