If travelling to Seoul I’d stay clear of this place. Firstly check in was very odd no passport requirements or ID was needed just our Expedia itinerary print out. We stayed 6 nights our room was only entered to be cleaned 2 times despite leaving on the ‘make up room’ sign everyday and when it was ‘cleaned’ the bed was just made slightly tighter than we had left it, toilet paper wasn’t given so we had to call down to get more, towels with large holes were given it didn’t feel like a good hotel service. The bedroom was pretty clean but the bathroom had yellow boil looking things on the ceiling that could be cleaned off just weren’t and the shower was coming off the wall. Also just be aware the bathrooms are very small wetrooms so the water goes everywhere! They did replace water bottles the times they did clean which was nice. If you like a cement block like mattress this place is for you as it was so hard I would barely get sleep because it was digging into my hip or back so much. Finally check out we gave our keys in and just received a thank you no ‘how was your stay’ ‘thank you for staying’ ‘safe travels’ just thanks for giving the card back. I’ve stayed in a number of hotels usually in Europe so maybe I’m just not used to the different customs but for a hotel I was looking for a bit more, like a room that was cleaned each day. More annoyed at my friend for recommending staying here as she had stayed before but even when we were there she said we should’ve gone elsewhere!
