Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We rented the 2nd floor unit for 5 weeks starting September 15, 2025, and it was such a great experience. The location was perfect for us, especially since the airport limo bus 6001 stop was literally steps from the property. We used it a few times for our multiple trips to ICN for flights to/from Japan. We were away for 14 days during our stay, but never worried about our stuff thanks to the CCTV outside the main gate and a couple more on the property. That gave us real peace of mind.
The area gets super lively at night, with street food stalls and tents popping up, some staying open past 2 or 3 a.m. I’m not totally sure about the exact hours, but it always felt safe to be out late with so many people around shopping and eating. The superhost, Kim, was awesome- she’d check in with us now and then via text, and her English was perfect, so communication was a breeze. She’s very likable and kind.
We loved exploring the food scene nearby. DDP is right across the street, and we ate there a few times, but there are also tons of great Korean restaurants just a few blocks away. Most were delicious and reasonably priced. My husband and I made so many great memories here. The only reason we didn’t stay longer is because my mom joined me, and she can’t handle steep stairs. If the same unit was on the first floor, I’d still be there! I’d absolutely book this place again in the future.
