Worst hotel I have ever been to. Rooms do not have airconditioning. Buffet food gave me food poisoning. Very unhelpful and rude staff.

The products used in our hotel are only taken as first class and prepared and served by our professional team. The products are checked and samples are taken by our quality department during the preparation and service phases. In addition, samples were taken from our products, venues and personnel in certain periods by the accredited laboratory and reported in accordance with the specification. We would like to inform you that we have not received any complaints from our 1500 guests who used the same place and ate the same food during your stay at our hotel. Central air conditioning system is used in our Owl. It changes according to the season as hot and cold. In order to assist you, our front office staff made an offer to change your room twice, but we would like to inform you that you have not responded by stating that you will meet with your family. Belconti Resort hotel staff is a privilege that is always appreciated by our guests. We wish to see you again among us and wish you healthy days.

Мы остановились в этом отеле на одну ночь, чтобы посмотреть пляжи в Белеке. Вместо выбранного нами варианта отель предложил нам старый номер с двух-спальней кроватью и раскладушкой, маленьким балконом. Мы отказались и нам заменили на ранее забронированный вариант. Номер был отремонтированный, чистый, но...не работал кондиционер на холод. Просьбы направить специалиста по кондиционерам не увенчались успехом. Территория отеля большая, много зелени. Питание в ресторане посредственное, невкусное. Пляж также не тянет на пятерку. Одним словом весь отель и его территория нуждается в реновации.

The beach was nearby, beautiful, perfectly clear, around which had good snack bars, such as burgers, hotdogs, ice cream and drinks. Food: overall really good, especially the works of "Wok" lady at Grill side were exquisite every dining, all the fruit was fresh and delicious. Language: Russian dominates, crew were not good at English (all crew including receptionists, only around 50%, even for easy conversation, yet understandable) Transportation: worst; an agent for respective trips, your own or rented car, necessary, public transportation inconvenient and expensive, to the city or other tour spots, takes a lot of time, better just stay at hotel and not go out, if you are a person of siteseeing, stay near the old town.

Kiva siisti hotelli meren rannalla. Hieman jo vanha ja kaipaisi uudistusta mutta silti ihan siisti. Henkilökunta osaavaa ja auttavaista tosin ehkä Englannin kieleen kaipaisivat hieman parannusta. Siisteys ja puhtaanapito toimii hyvin ja ulkoaltaat hienoja. Ruokaravintolasta löytyy monipuolinen valikoima ja palvelu hyvää.

カラクリには気をつけて予約を!
子供がテニスの大会に出るため友人と泊まりました。キャンペーンで広い部屋が格安に予約出来て、とても喜んでいたのもつかの間、大会に出場者は他のサイトからホテルを予約すると高い手数料を取られるということを後から知り、キャンセルも出来ず、がっかりしました。 ホテルの部屋は広くて快適だったそうです。

Первый раз столкнулась с тем что сразу по приезду тебя "окольцовывают" дурацкими браслетами! В Отеле 5 звезд!!!??? Вся территория отеля увешена различными объявлениями, типа "не вносить", "не выносить..", "не рвать..", "не трогать..", "не наступать.." еще куча разных дурацких запретов + штрафы за ВСЁ! Маразм! Все это создало такой фон,... чувствовала себя не гостем этого отеля, а вынужденно приговоренным отбывать срок в этом не гостеприимном месте. Конечно никогда сюда не вернусь. Не рекомендую своим родным и знакомым.

The good: Nice pools (including an indoor one). Different places to eat. Good food. Shows. Drinks. Very good for family with kids. Nice beach with water sports (for a price). Can improve: The staff doesn't speak/understand english so well. All the wall outlets are european and they don't have adapters in the reception. The bad: A few members of the staff wearing orange shirts are very rude, not the young ones tho. Anecdote: At the beginning of our stay we had some problems with our room (they gave us a Villa), the air conditioner was not working and it was a pretty outdated room, until there it was ok, but we had an issue with the personnel at the reception wearing orange shirts one tall man with black hair (one of the few that speaks english, I wish I photographed this dude...) treated us pretty rude, he didn't even want us to stand in the reception and basically forced us to got sit somewhere else. Anyways, the next day they noticed we were not pleased with their behavior and one of the managers (I lost his card) called us and upgraded our room to a family room in the main building for no charge, he was very eager to make it right and indeed it was a turn around for our stay, we had a better view, better AC, better bathroom and WiFi. Final thought: Is a really good place to stay for the price and they will try to make it right if you let them know you are not comfortable. I really recommend this place for families with kids.

Avions pris la suite ,bon rapport qualité prix très belle et grande chambre avec jakuzzi et fruits d'accueil,mais le verre dont nous nous étions servis n'était pas nettoyé le lendemain.. Buffet bon mais sans plus, parfait si l'on y va avec des enfants,waterslide etc..plage avec transat mais sans intérêt ,relief plat .Bien situé si l'on pratique le golf ( 10 golfs aux alentours)je vous recommande a l'Antalya golf club le pasha

Var jätte bra fast min fru som inte kan turkiska kunde inte få broschyrer på engelska. Var väldigt mycket ryssar så att man kände att man inte var i Turkiet. Annars var det bra. Stort utbud av mat.

Belconti - could have been brilliant, but....
The hotel have every thing to give a brillant vacation, but their service and the all inclusive concept is draging it down to a low level. When we arrived the room was not what we reserved. The voucher clearly stated with see view but the reception was not willing to fix the issue. We should talk to Hotel.com. And yes we did get a discount from Hotel.com but we had to discuss the issue again with management. Spending 4 hours to get what you paid for not a good start. I don't understand the idea of me the customer who hold a legal document with a hotel confirmation of what I ordered need to be involved in the discussion with either the Belconti Hotel or Hotel.com. Why don't just discuss it between them. Should be their problem, not mine. In general the service staff didn't speak any or very little English. Ok could live with that if the attitude had been positive but again it was my problem. No kindness or try to help or work it out. All inclusive do in this case mean same, same every day. The food was the same for lunch and dinner. Even some of the food was the same in the morning and the rest of the day. The three a la carte restaurants at the hotel was not open any of the 7 days we stayed there so that was not the solution. We ended up eating at restuarants outsite the Hotel half the time. All together an OK vacation due to the hotels general qualities. No we are not coming back to Belconti Resort Hotel.
