Das Hotel Regnum Carya hat uns gut gefallen. Die Hotelanlage, der Strand und die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Auswahl an Aktivitäten und Speisen lässt sich sehen. Was nicht so gut lief ist die Reservierung der A La Carte Restaurants im Vorfeld. Es ist bereits 2 Tage vor Wunschdatum sehr schnell ausgebucht. Einen Tag vor CheckOut hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass die CİP Reservierung am Flughafen durchgeführt worden wäre, um Zugang zur Lounge zu erhalten. Wir wurden nicht daran erinnert und konnten das am Abflugtag auch nicht reservieren, sehr schade eigentlich. Im Vergleich zum Nachbarhotel Kaya Palazzo Golf Ressort, müssen wir festhalten, dass wir in zwei Aufenhalten dort auch zwei kostenlose Upgrades in bessere Suiten erhalten haben. Beim Regnum Carya gab es lediglich einen Blumenstrauß für die Dame als Willkommensgeschenk. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis scheint mir damit nicht gerechtfertigt zu sein, da wir zum ähnlichen Preis ein deutlich besseres Angebot (Luxury Lagoon Suite mit Poolzugang und VIP Restaurant) im Kaya Palazzo erhalten haben, wenn auch nicht mit so großer Außenanlage. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Der SPA und Wellnessbereich ist relativ Standard und nichts besonderes, da hätten wir auch etwas mehr Luxus erwartet. Preis-Leistung ist außerhalb der Saison noch ok. Innerhalb der Saison deutlich überteuert. Man zahlt wie so oft mehr für den Namen und Prestige als für den eigentlichen Luxus. Trotzdem empfehlenswertes Hotel!

Wir hatten einen Amber Lagoon suite, es war traumhaft schön mit besonderen Privilegien (problemlose Reservierungen in den a la carte Restaurants, Maia/ Alia inklusive auch mit exzellentem Frühstück a la carte, kostenlose Game Center). Die Bedienung vor allem in Maia (besonders Herr Arhan) war exzellent. Alle waren sooo liebevoll und freundlich. Der Leiter des Game Centers war auch super nett! Ein ganz tolles Hotel.

Fantastic hotel and top service from the second we arrived until when we left. Premium branded drinks whenever we wanted and great selection of food. Due to being out of season, half the hotel restaurants, bars and pools were not open, but still had plenty to keep us looked after. I would definitely recommend this place. Although it is substantially more expensive than some other properties in the area, there is no denying the quality it gives guests staying here and I would not hesitate to return. Definitely a Top 5 star resort

However, my experience was tainted by the fact that there were multiple occasions when restaurant staff were unfamiliar with the menu and items I had ordered from it were made differently from how they were described. The 'warm brownie' was given to me straight from the fridge both times I ordered it, my iced coffee arrived without milk and syrup on one occasion and hot on the next. and I had to remind them to heat it up, There was one occasion when even after the waiter asked me to show him the ingredients of the iced coffee on the menu, I was served a hot latte.

It was an unforgettable stay. Worth highlighting are the special service from Mila and Murad from Villa Service, as well as the service from the young woman at the Vitamin Bar. The facility is fantastic. Natural and quiet. I would improve the food in the individual themed restaurants. I had absolutely no culinary experience in the Thai restaurant. I may tell you that this my fifth or forth visit. Regnum Carya is a very good hotel. It is a bit pricy but it is worth to stay there. What to improve or change? I have nothing to suggest.

Tongue fails to describe the beauty of the hotel, from its rooms, its view, its cleanliness, and the restaurant is very beautiful and tidy. They gave us a cake in the shape of a heart on the occasion of our honeymoon, and they welcomed us with flowers on the bed and in the bathroom. They made a very nice bouquet of roses The softness of the bed linens was very wonderful, unlike all hotels. The hotel is very, very big, and it must take more than one day to enjoy it.. and to be able to discover and see every place in the hotel For example: There are 7 restaurants.. You can eat in them by reservation Italian restaurant, Asian restaurant...etc 😅 The main restaurant without reservation. We were unable to try other than the main restaurant due to lack of time, and it was very, very beautiful, clean, and all kinds of food, and everything was very tasty

Das Hotel war grandios. Überzeugt haben vor allem die extrem engagierten und freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Hervorheben möchte ich hier die Guest-Managerin Shadi. Sogar nach dem Checkout wurde ich am nächsten Tag angefragt, ob ich gut nach Hause gekommen bin. Eine Woche die ich jedem Golfer wärmstens empfehlen kann.

Es gibt nur wenige Hotels in dieser Klasse und einem ausgezeichnetem Service. Wer schon mal in der Türkei, in einem 5 Sterne Hotel Urlaub verbracht hat, wird den Unterschied erkennen. In Häusern wie Regnum Carya oder Maxx Royal ist man dann in einer anderen Liga. Hier sieht man dann echte 5 Sterne oder sogar 6.
