If you’re seeking a relaxed place with your partner, family or group of friends to enjoy each others' company and to rejuvenate your senses, then the Kundalini Beach Villa Ayu is the ideal choice. Your stay includes a private Villa Cook who will ask you for your menu wishes every day and does all shopping and preparing of breakfast, lunch and dinner that you want to use in the Villa. You only pay her the local ingredients in advance.

Beautiful swimming and snorkeling with local marine life in the Bali Sea. Big sea turtles are seen on our beach at night, laying eggs right in front of the villa.

The gardens, with trimmed hedges, bushes of vibrant pink, red and yellow flowers, freshly-cut grass, and thickets of trees, fruit, and blossoming flowers lead to a small gate adjoined to the volcanic sand beach. Enjoy delicious, fulfilling views of the ocean, sunsets and the contours of East Java mountains on the horizon. Nestled amid all this luxurious nature is the 50 sq. metre swimming pool flanked by a pool deck and 2 gazebos. It is your villa swimming pool: no other guests.
We built a meditation platform in the garden under a Jipun tree. A serene place for meditation, overlooking the Bali Sea hearing the calm waves.

The Villa has four bedrooms that lead directly to the terraces and garden. The soothing ambiance is made homely. The elegant décor is luxurious in a modern minimalist/balinese designed interior. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms featuring natural Bali-green stone walls and Balinese open air shower. The rooms are fully-serviced with fresh linen and towel change.

The stone pooldeck is lined with recliner chairs you can sunbathe on and even take a nap. All the while you spend outdoors, you can relax on the two Balinese bales (gazebos) that overlook the spectacular ocean and the lush gardens. The sounds of small waves on the sandy beach, the breeze of wind coming from the ocean, and mounted peaks of nearby hills visible from the garden will lift your spirit tenfold.

The villa’s spacious shaded veranda comprises a beautifully-laden dining table with seating for all guests. Watch as the sun sets over the horizon and enjoy views across the ocean and the East Java mountains contours.

The traditional living area is is rustic and exudes a super-hip as well as an old-world charm.
Enjoy the special view while relaxing on sofas. Decorated with traditional art and handicraft such as bamboo trays, teak window frames, jute lanterns and chandeliers, and indoor plants. A large library in different language books is at your disposal.

The North Bali Beach Villa Ayu has everything covered from security, laundry, garden/ pool /beach maintenance, guest assistance, to housekeeping as part of your stay. Villa Cook 'Iluh' will prepare delicious Indonesian and Indo-Mediterranean dishes and you can inform her a day in advance of your requests. You only have to bear the cost of groceries that she picks fresh from the market each morning.
She works from early morning till mid afternoon, after preparing your dinner and having put it in the fridge for you. She can work in overtime at a moderate fee, if you want.

The local supervisor, Dini, is happy to help and assist you with answering your questions, booking in-house massages, transportation such as a taxi and private trips: dolphins, guided trekking, golf, scubadiving or guided snorkeling at Menjangan etc. She’s available 24/7 in case of emergencies.

The beautiful and calm location is perfect for travellers who wish to spend some time away from the bustling city crowds. Since you have the beach right at your doorstep, you would not wish to go anywhere else. The surroundings however offer treasures of nature, sports, culture, religion, restaurants and history.

The villa is situated in a bay set between mountains, grape fields, paddy fields and the sea. The villa has a 9 mtr high thatched Alang Alang roof and is equipped for 8 guests: 4 air conditioned bedrooms which all have ensuite bathrooms decorated with traditional bali-green natural-stone tiles. Furnishings include Javanese teak made by a local carpenter

The villa is fully equipped: linen, towels, kitchen, etc.
Daily housekeeping and laundry service is included.
The villa is rented exclusively to you: no other guests in 'your' villa.
Airport (or: anywhere else in Bali) pick up and drop off can be arranged (local fees). During your stay a driver is available for excursions and taxi rides.
