Set within an old mango plantation, surrounded by magnificent tropical gardens and overlooking mountains, jungle, volcanoes and the Bali Sea, the villa offers a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. With three spacious bedrooms, a large private swimming pool, extensive gardens and dedicated villa staff, it is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends looking to experience the quieter, authentic side of Bali.

Located on a mountain ridge approximately 200 metres above sea level, the villa benefits from a pleasant mountain climate and refreshing breezes, while beaches, waterfalls, temples, hot springs and the attractions of Lovina are all within easy reach.

The Villa:
Designed to blend naturally into its lush tropical surroundings, the villa offers generous open-air living spaces and spectacular views.

There are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own beautiful open-air bathroom. All bedrooms open onto the large veranda overlooking the tropical landscape.

At the heart of the veranda is a large wooden dining table, perfect for long breakfasts and dinners together. Several comfortable lounge areas provide plenty of space to read, relax with a drink or simply enjoy the view.

As evening approaches, watch the sun disappear behind the mountains while listening to the sounds of cicadas and geckos and enjoying the fresh mountain breeze.

The villa is completely private and exclusively reserved for your group.

A Magnificent Tropical Garden
The extensive garden is one of the true highlights of the property.

The villa was built within an established mango plantation, and the beautiful old trees were carefully preserved. Today they provide wonderful natural shade and form the backdrop to a vibrant tropical garden filled with coconut palms, Balinese plants and colourful flowers.

Look out for local birds, butterflies and squirrels, or ask our gardener whether there are fresh mangoes, coconuts or soursop ready to be picked from the garden.

Throughout the grounds you will find both sunny and shaded areas as well as several private places to sit and relax.

A beautifully carved traditional Balinese gazebo provides another peaceful place to unwind.

Private Pool & Tropical Sun Terrace
In the lower part of the garden you will find the large private swimming pool surrounded by a sunny terrace with comfortable loungers.

Attached to the main pool is a smaller, shallower pool with seating around the edges. It's a wonderful place to cool down with a drink while watching the sunset and can also be enjoyed by younger children under adult supervision.

Pool toys are available for guests to use.

BBQ & Evenings Around the Fire
Enjoy relaxed outdoor dining at the dedicated BBQ terrace. A Weber BBQ set is available free of charge during your stay.

For memorable tropical evenings, gather around the large outdoor fire pit. On clear nights, you may even see the volcanoes of Java in the distance, approximately 100 kilometres across the Bali Sea.

On your arrival day, our staff will prepare a complimentary welcome dinner, allowing you to unpack, relax and enjoy your first evening at the villa.

Your Own Balinese Cook
One of the pleasures of staying here is having an experienced Balinese cook available during your stay.

The staff can prepare delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner for you. Meal preparation is included in the rental price; you simply pay for the groceries and ingredients.

The staff can also do the grocery shopping for you. Simply provide money in advance and they will shop at the local market and provide you with the receipts afterwards. Only a small transportation/petrol fee is charged for the shopping service.

Prefer to cook yourself? The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen available for your use.

Dedicated Private Staff
Our friendly local team is an important part of the villa experience.

Your private villa staff includes a concierge, security and an experienced cook. The team works six days per week, eight hours per day, and will do everything possible to make your stay relaxing and memorable.

Staff service and meal preparation are included in the rental rate.

Whether you would like help organising a driver, arranging a massage, planning an excursion or deciding what to have for dinner, the team will be happy to assist.

Pure Mountain Spring Water
One particularly special feature of the villa is its water supply.

Water throughout the villa comes from an underground mountain spring and the tap water is safe to drink. The water is regularly tested and is wonderfully fresh, meaning there is no need to rely on plastic bottles for drinking water during your stay.

Naturally Cooler Mountain Climate
The villa sits on a mountain ridge approximately 200 metres above sea level.

Its elevated position provides a more comfortable climate than at sea level, particularly during the evenings and at night.

The orientation and open design of the villa allow the natural mountain breeze to flow through the living areas, adding to the relaxed tropical atmosphere.

An Eco-Conscious Villa
We aim to keep our environmental footprint as small as possible.

When the villa was built, all of the original trees of the old mango plantation were preserved. Not a single one was removed.

Garden and organic kitchen waste is composted, and we recycle and reuse wherever possible.

The villa, surrounding structures and furniture have also been created using environmentally conscious materials, including locally sourced coconut wood, certified plantation wood and recycled teak.

Combined with our natural mountain spring water, tropical gardens and preservation of the original landscape, this philosophy helps maintain the unique natural environment that makes the villa so special.
