'Positives: Beds very comfortable. Good bedding. Good hot water in shower.Host send help right away to resolve a couple of issues. Negatives: place could use some paint on walls and door. Hot water not working well in bathroom and kitchen sink. Barely warm water. Oven was old and not inviting to cook in. Heat pumps don’t heat well throughout. Good thing we bring a portable heater. I have to say the photos made this place look more inviting than actually was so can’t rate as high as I would have...

'grand appartement avec ascenseur dans un quartier d'immeubles résidentiels, parking facile au pied de l'immeuble. Un peu trop loin du centre ville pour y aller à pieds, mais le parking du centre ville est gratuit le week-end. On a apprécié la proximité d'un point de baignade sur le Rio Mondego recommandé par le propriétaire.Tout s'est bien passé. '

'We did not meet our host but the check process was straight forward. The condo was clean and well supplied. It was comfortable and mostly quiet ( except when upstairs is doi g laundry or walking across the floor).There is only parking on the street. '

'Excellent location. Clean and well prepared. Attentive host. Would be good to have more crockery and cutlery. Has some issues of damp/humidity/mould like much of the rest of Coimbra. Access via a lot of very steep stairs, some outside. Expected challenge of parking in Coimbra, helped by having EasyPark app'

'We had a lovely stay in this traditional Portuguese home. The host was very welcoming and left us pastel de nata’s the night before we left! A very sweet gesture.'

'We could not get the TV to turn on. No instructions left for check in , check out. Did not recieve emails regarding either. Hostess did respond to our inquires and did allow us to checkout a little late due to early tour we were on. Lovely area. '
