'2nd time staying here, convenient location, would stay here again'

'When arriving at cozy cottage, the checking in information was very helpful, and easy for managing the code to unlock the front door. We were going through closing on the purchase of our new home, and we were so grateful to have found such a “Cozy” suite to keep our pets comfortable, and stress free during this time of transition. Thank you for providing us a place a quiet solace, during this time. We will be recommending “Cozy Cottage” to our family and friends who consider their pets a part of...

'Nice property for the cost and super responsive property management '

'We had a wonderful stay! The house was very comfortable, clean, and exactly as advertised. The beds were terrific—some of the best we’ve slept on while traveling. The host was gracious, extremely responsive, and a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Everything was easy and stress-free.Highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay here again!'

'Great house, location and communication. Dogs loved the backyard and doggie door.'

'Terrific stay!'

'Had an absolutely fantastic time is this wonderful home! We loved coffee on the giant swing on the front porch in the morning. We spent so much time on the back screened porch hanging out, having appetizers before dinner, doing yoga. We had 2 nights by the fire pit after grilling our dinner. We had S'mores for dessert. We took long walks on the nature trails that criss-cross the neighborhood. The location is very convenient to get to Pinehurst #2, The Cradle, the Village and Southern Pines....

'The house was awesome with everything we needed. Mike was superb with communication from the moment of booking to departure. Would definitely recommend this property if you are in the pinehurst area. Excellent.'

'It was a comfortable stay for 2 people. It is super quiet! Only issue is the parking. Only one spot for 2 units. One night we had to park on the street and walk in the dark to get to the back of the house (lights were on the steps) other than the parking (I use a cane) it was a nice retreat instead of the bustle of a hotel.'
