'Absolutely loved the staff member in reception the night of my booking. She was amazing and kind through checking us in while my special needs son was tired/overwhelmed and having a meltdown. 'Stayed due to partner having surgery at St Vincents Hospital, only 100m away. Staff suggested I park my car in the visitors car park prior to, and after, check out and offered use of the lounge. "Brsibane is great. Although the hotel is in the centre somehow it manged to be somewhere where there is absolutly nothing. But don't worry, within 10-15 minutes walk you are in all the goo places or with Lime or uber. Go to South Bank (little stanley street) or city beach, or the Cliffs boardwalk for good food or Fortitude valley for nightlife ;)"
