"Space: De locatie van het appartement is ideaal voor de stad: alles is binnen handbereik: monumenten, winkels, restaurants, vervoer, winkelstraten, banken ... toegang Bezoeker: Net boven de zolder is het gemeenschappelijk dakterras waar u geniet van een 360 graden uitzicht over de stad, de kathedraal en de Giralda en de vele belforten van het appartement is toegankelijk via een spectaculaire lobby van dit oude gebouw een het was ooit een klooster interactie met gasten: .. we zijn altijd beschikbaar via telefoon of e-mail om te helpen eventuele problemen of vragen van de wijk op te lossen. de straat is voetgangers dus geen auto lawaai echter, kan men gemakkelijk de meest aantrekkelijke deel van het centrum te bereiken. culturele leven, restaurants, tapas bars en drankjes, altijd in één. feestelijke en veilige omgeving, en voor alle smaken en zakken de C / San Isidoro scheidt de commerciële en administratieve drukte van andere delen van het centrum van de stad, wordt begrensd door een reeks van oude gebouwen waar twee of drie verdiepingen hoog overheersen, primair bedoeld voor thuisgebruik en gebouwd volgens de typische architectuur Andalusische. ramen en balkons overvloedige type sluiting, met decoratieve elementen op de gevel en de behandeling van kleuren en met name wit afgewisseld met kleur Albero en soms rood. Geweldig stijlvol appartment

De woning is zoals op de plaatjes, we hebben erg genoten. De locatie is geweldig, midden in de stad en alles ligt op loopafstand. Goede airco en prima verblijf ook voor langer.

The property had many attractive features. However, some points were substandard and the service was unresponsive. In particular, on the first morning, having bought coffee for the Italian coffee maker/mokka pot, we discovered that it the pot would not work on the apartment’s induction hob. This is a frequent issue with such pots unless you buy the right kind because only some metals will work on induction hobs. Despite contacting the agents immediately, we never received a replacement and had no way of making coffee during our five day stay. Even worse, the response was patronising and insulting: for example, the suggested that we switch on the induction hob.The weather was cold and wet and after two days trying to heat the main room, we asked for an additional heater which was never supplied. Even worse, there was simply no response during our stay.We arrived back at the building late one evening to find a broken key stuck in the lock. We contacted the agent who undertook to contact the building owner/operator. He communicated again with us to indicate the operator was on the case. Luckily, another resident arrived and was able to contact someone in the building to open it from inside. We expected further communication to confirm the lock has been repaired. However, next morning we had to go down to check whether it would be possible for us both to leave the building without the risk of being stuck outside. Not a hardship but we would have been told the lock was mended.

We chose this apartment based on the description on Vrbo, however several key details were inaccurate or omitted.The property is described as suitable for four people, but there is seating and dining provision for only two.Access to the apartment requires climbing 51 steps, which is not mentioned in the listing. The stairwell has very limited natural light and the stair lighting switches off before reaching the top, leaving part of the staircase in darkness.The second sleeping area is accessed via a very steep ladder with no handrail, which was not disclosed and was not suitable for us.Several amenities listed were not present, including an oven (only a microwave with grill and no instructions), coffee-making facilities, a spa/whirlpool, a balcony, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.We raised these issues during our stay. Prospective guests, particularly those with mobility considerations or expecting facilities for four people, should be aware of these points when booking.

Sevilla Holiday

Sevilla is wonderful and the location is great for exploring the city. Everything was clean and organized. We had a good time there. We were able to check in fine and shown the apartment. There was a little disconnect with the management about a few of the amenities but this was fault on our side and theirs not just one. It worked itself out. We would stay again if we were to go there again.

Challenging experience

We had arranged to meet someone at check in however no one arrived and we were kindly let into the air conditioned foyer by some other residents. A person arrived (to check in someone else apparently) but kindly let us into our unit. Communication was very slow on average about 15-17 hour wait. The second day we were there we noticed ants crawling all over the bed in the main bedroom. We asked for immediate attention and they did not come until the next day with some spray. We would have preferred to stay elsewhere or gotten our money back at that point. It was a cute but very small apartment. The location and view was decent but not able to use the courtyard they advertise since it is just other people's apartments and the roof top patio is barren and hot. Air conditioning was great thankfully.

Great Location with charm

Loved the location in the old City. Arranging parking a bit of a challenge. Help with arrival was much appreciated. Decoration charming. Rooftop terrace lovely but would appreciate more comfortable seating to enjoy rooftop views and breeze. Convenient walk to all sights. Would not have needed AC if ceiling fan was operable. Washer a bonus. Groceries very close. Don't miss a show at the Flamenco museum a block away!

Höhen und Tiefen

Die Lage ist super und kaum zu überbieten. Mitten im Zentrum und dennoch ruhig. Alles Wesentliche ist binnen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen und Sevilla hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war etwas zäh, nachdem wir die Eigentümerin kontaktiert hatten lief es gut. Wir konnten eine Stunde früher in die Wohnung und wurden nett empfangen. Die Wohnung selbst ist winzig, wenn auch charmant eingerichtet. Die angegebenen 80 qm sind ein Scherz. Nach meiner Schätzung nicht mehr als 40 qm. Ein zweites Schlafzimmer existiert nicht, lediglich ein Hochbett in der Wohnküche. Es gibt kaum Platz zum Sitzen. Wenn wir zu Dritt am Tisch sitzen wollten mussten wir ihn verschieben und den Couchtisch dazu. Ein Balkon existiert nicht. Die Dachterrasse war verschlossen. Einen whirl-pool haben wir vergeblich gesucht. W-Lan funktionierte leider nicht und die Klimaanlage ist bedauerlicherweise so laut, dass man schwer dabei einschlafen kann. Mit einem Handtuch pro Person kann man auskommen, schön wäre ein zweites für die Haare oder die Hände. Auch Toilettenpapier - zumindest eine Rolle für den ersten Tag- wäre schön gewesen. Das ganze für 250€ die Nacht! Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis trotz ausgezeichneter Lage nicht.

Great location

Turn left and you are into the old town, turn right and walk 100m for a supermarket and your supplies. The ‘mushrooms’ is a short walk as is the cathedral but in the opposite direction. For tiana market head for the river, well worth it. Pop into the tourist information just around the corner for a map. A lovely visit, a lovely apartment on the top floor.

Apartment very nice, but property manager very unhelpful.

The apartment was very nice - comfortable and central. Our communication with the property manager was very hit and miss. We couldn’t access the wifi and received no reply for help in the 4 days we were there. We also had a power outage (turned out to be a fuse) that we got no help with (they never did reply to our request for help and we ended up figuring it out on our own after hours of no power).

Property is exactly as advertised. Small, cozy and very comfortable with incredible views from the windows and really incredible views from the roof deck where we hung our laundry. The location is the best feature. We could walk anywhere in the city and were within 2minutes of great Piazzas (San Salvador and our favorite Alfalfa). We stayed for three weeks and when we left it felt like we were leaving our own home! We cooked most meals and had all the tools that were needed, and the apartment is one block away from an incredible Super Mercado that we seemed to visit every day. In short, if you are looking for a great Spanish visit, you can't do better that Sevilla and this is the best possible place to stay if you do.

Extremely regrettable

Be aware that you cannot rely on this listing for accommodations. We arrived at the property and after waiting for 3 hours where the host notified us via app that “Ares” was soon arriving to let us in. They NEVER showed up. We ended up having to book a Hotel in town for our stay. VRBO customer service was going to book us at a “Hotel Sevilla” which I asked first for the information which they just kept repeating “Hotel Sevilla”, completely deceiving as it turned out to be Hostel Naranjo. Unacceptable to be so deceiving so they could keep our $1500 for a hostel that cost them $500!!! Do not ever use VRBO to “help” you find accommodations. We ended up booking separately a suitable Hotel. I hope this review helps others wanting to book this property and exposing VRBO deceiving practices.

Perfect location!

This apartment is exactly as the pictures show. We stayed for 2wks and it had everything we needed to do our own cooking. Comfortable bed. Very clean.The best location…everything within walking distance!

By far the best accommodation we’ve stayed in as we travel around Spain in the last three weeks!

Tastefully decorated & a perfectly formed space with everything you might need in this 16th Century attic apartment Ideally located in the Santa Cruz neighbourhood & only 10 min walking distance to the Palace & Cathedral. The river is just a few min beyond the Palace Two minute walk to Alfalfa Plaza where there are lots of restaurants & a grocery store. Checkin was smooth & communication with Maria exceptional! We parked at Escuelas Pisa Parking Garage. Expensive (€75/3days) but only a short walk, 10-15 min to Alfalfa Plaza & then onto San Isidoro. Enjoyed every moment there & would highly recommend!👍👍

MANAGEMENT NOT HONEST-BEWARE

We had a 3rd person who was going to stay with us, so we were charged $40. additional per night. When the 3rd person cancelled, & I gave management advance notice that we would only be two people, they only offered to credit $10./night vs. the $40. that was paid/night. Plus taxes! I find this dishonest & cheap-Beware when booking with them. I still have not seen any credit so that is why I am leaving this bad review. Additionally it was not clean around the edges - I was surprised it was reviewed as super clean. WOULD LIKE THE 3RD PERSON REFUND!

MANAGEMENT COMPANY NOT HONEST

Surprised by other reviewers stating cleanliness where I found it to have 'old dirt'-sure sinks are clean but look closely-feels just like turned-over quickly. We had cancellation of 3rd person for which we had paid $40 extra per night & manager would only offer $10/night refund. Why can't they be honest about it & refund that in full? They lost our recommendation for others to stay here: Bad business practice comes around to haunt you.Unfortunate that is the memory we are left with.

Seville visit

Property was easy to get to and centrally located for easy access walking to Sevilla sites, shopping and dining. The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us! Check in was available to us early, which was so convenient and much appreciated after a very long travel day. Amazing place you can't pass up

Loved loved this place. Just beautiful and made the perfect compliment to our trip to Seville. You need to check out the interior garden. And the views from the terrace where you see a few church tops. We drove from Madrid and the GPS doesn't recognize the apartment is in a pedestrian street only so be aware. We found a parking lot at escuela pia about 10 minute walk away. Paid about 74eur for 3 nights. Definitely expensive. The unit is perfectly situated in the middle of everything. We visited many plazas but left the best for last - Plaza de España (20-25 minute walk). That's a must see. The next day we had booked a tour to visit the palace, cathedral and tower and the meeting point was just around the corner to the apartment. I feel very fortunate to have found this place. Highly recommend it.

Unterkunft mit Schwächen

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, sauber und liegt direkt unter den Dach. Leider funktioniert die Klimaanlage nicht so hatten wir weit über 30 Grad auch in der Nacht in den Schlafräumen. Die Agentur selbst hat nur stark zeitversetzt reagiert sodass wir drei schlaflose Nächte in Sevilla hatten.
