Corral del Rey Terraza Sevilla Duplex, chillout-terras

Modern duplex penthouse met één slaapkamer en een groot privé-chill-out terras van 52 m². Geniet van een prachtige locatie, naast het Alfalfaplein in het hart van Sevilla, op minder dan 10 minuten lopen van de kathedraal.

Op de benedenverdieping is de woonkamer ingericht met een bankstel, salontafel, televisie, uitschuifbare eettafel en stoelen.

Voor degenen die van muziek houden, kunnen ze genieten van hifi-apparatuur.

Naast de woonkamer, en met een eigen ingang, bevindt zich de goed uitgeruste keuken met het nodige keukengerei en apparatuur. Met vaatwasser en wasmachine.

Een gang leidt naar de slaapkamer versierd met een unieke reproductie VERDURE DES FLANDRES (G. B.) Editie d'Art de Rambouillet. Met twee tegen elkaar geschoven eenpersoonsbedden, grote inbouwkast en raam.

Naast de slaapkamer is de badkamer, bedekt met marmer en voorzien van een douchebak.

Vanuit de woonkamer gaat de trap omhoog naar de bovenverdieping met een zonnig terras.

Het terras is versierd met natuurlijke planten en tuinmeubelen (Skyline Design Furniture): ligstoel, salontafel, buitenbanken, luifel en eettafel - een ideale plek om te ontspannen en te genieten van de zon van Sevilla. Er is ook een hometrainer voor de meeste sporters.

Wonderful Sevilla property

The apartment was lovely. Felt like home as soon as we walked in. Miguel was very helpful with recommendations and overall very responsive. The rooftop terrace is beyond! The view during the day / night is beautiful. Overall can’t say enough about the property and Miguel. Definitely recommend.

Great host and beautiful accommodations!

Miguel was the perfect host and went above and beyond to help us with our check in on Monday during the power outage. He drove with us to the train station to help with our rental car drop off and went grocery shopping with us, made sure we had candles and checked in with us the next day to be sure the power was restored. We loved the apartment, clean and comfortable and close to everything we wanted to see!

The apartment is in a perfect place to explore Seville. Spotlessly clean and great communication from Miguel meant accessing the property was easy The place had everything we needed. Rooftop terrace was superb. Definitely recommend this property!

Special apartment in a fantastic location

We spent five days in Sevilla in this lovely apartment in the rain! It was perfect! Everything we needed was there including a couple of umbrellas! Absolutely perfect location to stay in the old historic neighborhood, Santa Cruz. Apartment was very new and very clean with modern amenities. This is a very high standard of accommodation centrally located but also quiet - it’s the ideal for us ! The booking and access was easy and helpful. You have all the modern conveniences in the apartment and there is a great roof patio to relax when it gets too hot. Really recommend !

Fantastic apartment in the heart of the old town!

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. Coming from Britain, where it had been cold, rainy and windy for weeks, we were delighted with the glorious sunshine in Seville, and we made the most of the stunning roof terrace. It really is as big as it looks in the photos! The views are amazing, the seats are comfortable and we loved spending time reading during the day and enjoying a glass of wine at night. The apartment is very centrally located, less than 5 minutes walk from a supermarket and bars and restaurants, and very close to the Cathedral, the Alcazar and Las Setas. We found that everything, including the train station, was within walking distance. The check-in process was very straightforward - Rosario met us at the apartment and was very friendly and helpful. This was our first trip to Seville, but it won't be our last, and we will definitely stay in this apartment next time we visit this beautiful city. Gracias!

Apartment was very beautiful , chic with lots of personality. Loved our stay here. Small suggestions would be to provide shampoo, conditioner, bath soap or gel, wash cloths (towels were provided), and at least one throw blanket for cuddling up on sofa. Miguel was extremely attentive to our needs when asked questions…he responded promptly.

Wonderful Stay in Sevilla

We had a great stay in Sevilla at this apartment. Upstairs terrace is just as the pictures show along with a functional apartment big enough for the three of us during our stay. Very safe and secure building off one of the narrow streets in town. Very responsive and helpful hosts Luis and Rosario made our stay a breeze and we'd stay here again next time to Sevilla. Location is close to the main parts of town to explore along with nearby restaurants and grocery stores.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Wir geben dem Appartement von Miguel ohne Zweifel die Bestnote. Die Lage ist perfekt - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein vielfältiges gastronomisches Angebot in direkter Nachbarschaft, Alles sehr sauber und perfekt geschnitten mit einer wunderbaren Dachterrasse. Auch das technische SetUp - Klimaanlage, WiFi lässt keine Wünsche offen. Trotz der zentralen Lage absolut ruhig, so lässt es sich mitten in der Altstadt von Sevilla sehr komfortabel wohnen. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ebenfalls einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können Miguel als Gastgeber bestens empfehlen. Gut organisiert und kurze Kommunikationswege. Vielen Dank. We give the apartment of Miguel without a doubt the top mark. The location is perfect - shopping and a wide range of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, everything very clean and perfectly cut with a wonderful roof terrace. Also the technical SetUp - air conditioning, WiFi leaves nothing to be desired. Despite the central location absolutely quiet, so it is very comfortable to live in the middle of the old town of Seville. Most of the sights are also within easy walking distance. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend Miguel as a host. Well organized and short lines of communication. Thank you very much.

Perfect Honeymoon spot

My wife of 30 years and I were overcome with youthful romance at this idyllic apartment. The private rooftop is the best place in Sevilla to go at night with a bottle of vermouth and a bowl of olives. We’d stay there well past midnight, pinching ourselves over the beautiful views of Sevilla. The air is perfect, the lit domes and spires of the town are magical, and Venus shown bright every night. It was April so the temps were perfect. The kitchen is more than adequate, the bedroom is nice, and the living space is very comfortable. We wish we’d known about places like this when we were 30 years younger. If you’re thinking about honeymooning in Sevilla, you can’t do better. It’s very close to centro and nightlife, and a very good Flamenco bar is a few doors down. Yet, in the narrow streets and the apartment it’s surprisingly quiet even though lots of action is just a few hundred feet away.

Not to be missed

Pictures are accurate. It is a very, very nice apartment. The Santa Cruz neighborhood is fantastic, and the location is far enough from the main tourist attractions to be quiet, yet near enough to be easily accessible. The two near by grocery stores are a nice plus. We did have an AC issue, but Miguel, the owner, extended every possible effort to get it fixed. His responsiveness was truly world class, and there is now a brand new AC system in the apartment. Huge kudos to Miguel.

Todo Perfecto!

This Apartment was perfect! Quiet neighborhood and just around the corner from everything! The Roof top Terrace was our favorite place to relax, enjoy a bottle of wine and watch the sun go down. Luis has the Apartment perfectly equipped. We stayed for a week and needed nothing. There was a grocery store just a few minutes away and everything from the quaintest of bars to fine dining. Luis went out of his way to help guide us through the narrowest of streets to get us as close to the apartment as possible with our car so we didn’t have to drag our luggage any farther than necessary. He even went the extra mile to have his father meet us on the day we left to help us get our luggage back to the Aparcamiento! Very kind!!! I would highly recommend staying here!
