Reformed in 2019 but save the details that will transport you to the past while enjoying its current freshness. It has all the comforts, private bathroom and tv for each one. Each room is fully heated. The inner courtyard is an ideal place to enjoy. A / C-WIFI.

    It is a place we think you will always return to when you go to Seville.The house has 6 spaces where there is no kitchen since we believe that the ideal is to eat and have breakfast in the countless bars, restaurants and cafes in the area.The last apartment in the attic is sometimes lived by the owners of this beautiful house which, being divided as small "apartments", all enjoy a great total privacy.If you are looking for a place to be comfortable and close to everything as well as where to enjoy when you are relaxed, this is your place.

The place is well located within walking distance of the attractions and the center of the city. The check-in/out process was very smooth, and Miguel was very helpful in explaining the facility and showing us where to find the attractions. The room was as described, very clean, and cute. The coffee shop, PARADAS, located at the end of the street on the right, was delicious. Their coffee was amazing, and the best way to start your day. Highly recommend it!

The place is located in a good location that allows you to walk everywhere. Paco went out of his way to explain a number of things about the city and the information he provided was very useful.

Die Lage ist relativ zentral, man ist schnell im Barrio Santa Cruz und grundsätzlich haben wir uns in der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist zwar relativ akkurat beschrieben, jedoch haben wir sehr schlecht in dem alten Holzbett geschlafen, dessen Matratze extrem hart ist und generell ist das Gebäude mit allen anderen Bewohnern sehr hellhörig und es war nachts oft laut (Hundegebell). Von der Sauberkeit war es okay, solange man nicht zu genau hinschaut, moderne helle Möbel würden das Zimmer schon viel freundlicher erscheinen lassen. Positiv zu erwähnen war der Check-In sowie die Zimmertemperatur tagsüber, welche für unsere Siesta sehr angenehm war. Insgesamt würden wir diese Unterkunft wahrscheinlich nicht beim nächsten Besuch buchen, aber wenn man eh viel draußen ist und überall gut schlafen kann ist diese Unterkunft nicht übel.

Looks can be deceiving. It looks a classy place in the photos, but the reality is somewhat different. A redeeming quality is the location - you're 10-15 mins walk from all the main sights in Seville. The host who welcomed us was also quite friendly, however there were no check-out instructions. We just left the keys in the door on our departure. The room itself is quite poorly laid-out, to the point where it's awkward to get around the end of the bed. We couldn't help but think we would have arranged everything quite differently and had much more space. The air-conditioning is brutally dehydrating - this is a strange one as I've been fine with similar positioning of AC units in other places I've stayed, but in this flat it was somehow problematic. I woke up each morning with my nose and throat painfully dry to the point of scabbing. It affects sleep. The shower does not drain effectively. From the moment you turn it on, it's a race against the clock to wash yourself as the basin fills up with water. You get about 2 minutes before it's ready to flood the bathroom. For some reason there are inward-facing windows. Reviews mention there is noise, however this is an understatement. There are a number of flats in this building, and you have zero sound protection from the common area - you hear everything, at all times. In short, while the location is fairly convenient, and the apartment is relatively clean, you make real sacrifices to your comfort in this particular place.

Beautiful room

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and cozy room. It was within walking distance to everything. The communication with the host was fantastic as well. She waited for us to explain everything we needed to know. If you want to do laundry, bring your own detergent. Otherwise, our stay was perfect! We loved it!

La Signora Maria molto gentile, essendo arrivati a mezzanotte, ci ha aspettato per il check in, (anche se dopo le 22.00 il check-in ha un supplemento di 20,00€, questa cosa non c'era scritta sulla prenotazione). Casa molto carina, con patio interno molto arieggiato. Cucina a disposizione. Posizione facile da raggiungere a piedi. Consigliato.

Charmante chambre d’hôtes idéalement située

Notre séjour a été très agréable. La chambre était charmante et vraiment idéalement située pour découvrir le coeur de Séville. Le plus : une petite cuisine bien pratique et équipée. La propriétaire est très accueillante. Le rapport qualité prix est à mon sens excellent.
