  • Magnificent apartment in the best location of Seville, totally new with all kinds of comforts and a careful design. The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with 2 beds. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster etc. Bathroom with shower tray, premium gel and shampoo and full service of towels. It is adapted to PMR and has all the comforts.

    Shared washing machine and dryer next to the terrace on the top floor.

Estoy maravillado con el trato y calidez que brindaron a mi familia. El departamento acogedor, amplio y bien decorado. Una de las razones para volver a Sevilla serían Uds. además recomiendo el restaurante Italiano Il Vesubio que está dentro del complejo.

Great central location to see all the sites. High quality accommodation with air conditioning, clean and well organised apartment - would recommend this to travellers wanting to stay in Seville. Easy check in with secure codes, excellent communication with the company - very responsive to any requests. Lovely to have a small pool and roof terrace to relax in the afternoons. It is central so expect a little noise first thing as shops open up.

The location was amazing, right in the centre of Seville. There was everything you could possibly need in the apartment, including loads of towels, which was most welcome. Access to washing facilities and the clothes horse was an extra I didn't expect. The apartment was SPOTLESS and extremely comfortable and almost soundproof. The staff were very unobtrusive, but always greeted you with a smile and hello when you did meet them. The rooftop terrace and pool were perfect and always clean.

Sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung im Zentrum von Sevilla. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Was fehlte war ein Esszimmertisch. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Gute Restaurants gibt es genügend in der Nähe, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke, El Corte Ingles ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist nicht per Auto erreichbar, man muss ca, 100 Meter gehen bis man ein Taxi nehmen kann. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr klein.

Bijou but perfect apartment in central Sevilla is the epitome of good taste and practicality. Modern, welcoming and spotlessly clean, this apartment offers a quality that surpasses how it’s shown in photos with little extras that make it feel more like a hotel suite than a holiday rental. From coffee, tea and snacks to water in the fridge and heaps of extra towels. We were particular grateful for the fab air conditioning, which meant that this wasn’t just a base from which to explore beautiful Sevilla, it was also an oasis to escape the burning afternoon sun before heading out into the buzzing evening streets. Right in the heart of pedestrianised shopping district, surrounded by bars and restaurants, we were quick to feel like locals. In terms of the overall guest experience, I have to say that this was exemplary. The HommyHome app unlocked building and room access without fault or fuss. Guidance and advice was thorough and clear. Ongoing communication via messaging throughout our stay was always timely, incredibly helpful and never intrusive. The team on the ground were extremely friendly and discrete. This combination of integrated technology and the human touch, made our time in this extraordinary city unforgettable. Thank you!
