Gelegen in "La Judería", is dit huis gelegen in het autovrije kant van één van de oudste en meest prachtige straten in Sevilla. Dit is een zeer comfortabele "thuis ver van huis", ingericht naar een uitzonderlijke standaard met een mix van modern en antiek meubilair, airconditioning, een lift voor een comfortabele toegang tot alle verdiepingen en een zeer hoge kwaliteit matrassen in alle bedden, waardoor het de perfecte plek om terug te keren na een drukke dag sightseeing voor een of twee gezinnen of een groep vrienden die willen genieten van de geschiedenis en het karakter van Sevilla, terwijl het leven in een luxe huis. De voorgevel kijkt uit op het paleis van Don Miguel Mañara, op wiens vroege leven is gebaseerd het universele karakter van Don Juan Tenorio. De oorspronkelijke middeleeuwse paleis werd gemoderniseerd stijl Renascence in de XVI c. en het is uitgeroepen tot 'Historisch Erfgoed van Spanje'. De laterale gevel geconfronteerd met een oranje-bomen omzoomde straat tegenover de St. Bartholomew's kerk, gebouwd in XVIII c. over de oude centrale synagoge van Sevilla.

Great house, great location

Communication (in English) with Maria was easy. She was very helpful. There’s a booklet with neighbourhood tips in the house. The location of the house is within walking distance of the centre and close to many restaurants. Check in was delegated to the next door neighbour who didn’t seem to care a lot. He just opened the door and wanted to leave immediately. We were standing in a dark house with no idea where to go or where to find keys. After this initial disappointment, the house itself was a wonderful surprise. It’s a little palace. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, beds were great! The rooftop terrace is a great extra (but the furniture could use an update, it’s getting rusty, so be careful with your clothes) One thing to note, the house is advertised with a parking space, but there is no parking space included. Parking is either on the street or in a parking garage. Parking our car the first night took us almost two hours (no space available on the street, and several parking garages full).

Wonderful

As a family of 3 generations, ages between 79 and 17, we all agreed this was a fantastic house to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary! The large house (5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms) easily accommodated us all and we very much enjoyed the sunny roof terrace (what a difference to our climate in Holland!) The lift in the house was a blessing. It is a quiet neighbourhoud, but near enough to the centre of town. The owner, Maria, was very friendly in answering all our questions beforehand and even took the trouble to welcome us herself, although she lives a few hours from Seville. We can definitely recommend this accommodation!

We loved everything about our stay in Seville, but the home made it even better. Location is perfect, everything was walkable. We loved that our extended family all could stay together, and the home was very comfortable. ACs all worked and kept us cool in the summer heat. Thank you!

STUNNING, clean home in heart of old city - EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

EXCELLENT experience in every way!!!!! Photos cannot capture the elegance and stately charm of this magnificent home! The host is absolutely fantastic - responsive, friendly and providing great information and suggestions. Everyone in our group LOVED this property!We stayed here during a family trip for people ages 18 to 83, and this home exceeded our needs and expectations.We found it clean and comfortable, in addition to being historic and absolutely lovely. There were plenty of bathrooms and showers (with great water pressure and lighting!), and large bath sheets were provided. The 5 bedrooms are all unique and all have air conditioning. A washer and dryer are also provided, which we appreciated and found to work perfectly. There are some really fun features too, including the spacious rooftop patio (with a tiny dipping pool!), an elevator, and a beautifully decorated large salon and dining area. Right when you walk through the huge wooden door and through the gated vestibule, you enter a marble lobby with a 4-story high ceiling - we were awed!! The location is FANTASTIC- you’re in the heart of the old city with short walks to everything! 4 minutes to cafés and shops, 6 minutes to the Carrefour Express, and 15 to the Setas. We did not want to leave! Seville is amazing, and escaping the heat into this regal home after sightseeing was the perfect way to wrap the days. Staying here definitely elevated our trip! 110% pleased!!

Absolutely amazing stay! The villa was even better in real life—beautiful, spacious, and in a fantastic location. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the host was so lovely, ensuring everything went smoothly. GORGEOUS House and fabulous location

Everything we 5 guests could have needed. There was an issue with the elevator and our host was very responsive and had it fixed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, well-equipped and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and more and the rooftop terrace was such a treat--wonderful views. It was a perfect week in Seville.

Fantastic house in perfect location

A beatifully renovated house in the ideal location for exploring Sevilla. There were 5 friends and the house gave us a large room and bathroom each which was ideal. Spread over 4 floors the lift was welcome for luggage! We made great use of the large rooftop and the house and kitchen have everything you need. Very quiet at night too.. Would love to return

This is a beautiful house in a quiet location in the centre of this beautiful city. A 15 minute walk will take you most of the main attractions and there is a small supermarket nearby. One of the great things about the house was the number of bathrooms as well as the great roof terrace. Highly recommended

Making Memories in Seville

This house provided all that our family of ten needed for our reunion in Seville. Bed space was ample. The modern kitchen was outfitted well for our needs, and the modern bathrooms were spacious. The roof-top terrace not only provided space to relax and unwind after busy days, its views gave a good perspective on the neighborhood. Near restaurants, shops, and attractions, our stay in this old section of Seville met all our expectations.

Fabulous stay in Sevilla

Seven of us had a wonderful stay in Seville. This property is in a great location with many cafes nearby. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms gave us plenty of room to spread out and the amount of closet space is impressive. The ceilings are very tall and it was lovely to be able to open the windows/doors to enjoy the ambiance and fresh air. Though it rained a lot during our stay, we were able to hang out on the huge rooftop a couple of times. The communication with Maria Elena was great. She sent us a list of her favorite restaurants and also a schedule of the Semana Santa parades. If you have a large group, this is the perfect place to stay.

Ideally placed and quiet.Impeccable linen. Very pleasant roof terrace, magical at night. Perfect for 6/8 people, insufficient for 12: dining table: 8 seats, Terrace table: 6 seats. Insufficient dishes. Disappointing comfort: 4 children ( 5 to15 years old)in the same office/room designed for 2 beds with 2 additionnal mattresses on the floor)… Very good relationship with the owner.

Seville with Friends

I stayed in this property with 5 friends and it was perfect. It is very well kept and in my opinion the pictures do not do it justice. It is very well located, a short walk from the cathedral and bars and restaurants. At the same time it is in a very quiet location. It is well equipped with numerous bathrooms. The terrace proved to be a great facility, providing a welcome place to relax at the end of the day. Maria is an incredible host. I was booking at short notice and after the initial contact she requested that I hold off booking whilst she resolved an issue with the aircon. She was aware this would be an issue for us and there was obviously a risk to her that I could have booked another property. I think alot of hosts would have kept quiet about the issue to secure the booking with little thought for us. Needless to say the issue was resolved and we finalised the booking. Maria was incredibly accommodating letting one of the party into the property ahead of time and allowing us some flexibility upon checkout. She was quick to respond to our queries and offer help. All hosts should be like this. We had no problems with the property and I would happily stay there again. I highly recommend it.
