This three-story house plus a rooftop terrace offers everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. On the ground floor, a charming central patio gives access to three bedrooms, all equipped with twin beds 90 cm wide. One of these bedrooms has a full en-suite bathroom. Additionally, this floor includes another full bathroom and a guest toilet.
The first floor hosts three more bedrooms: two with twin beds (90 cm wide) and one with a double bed measuring 1.80 m wide. All the bedrooms on this floor have their own full en-suite bathrooms.
On the second floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with two sofas, chairs, two side tables, and a smart TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features an island with stools and is next to a dining area that seats seven. This floor also includes a pool table, a guest toilet, and a small terrace.
The top floor offers a large private terrace with an outdoor dining table for twelve guests, sun loungers for relaxing, and a laundry area.

Located right in the heart of Seville, the house sits in a traditional neighborhood full of local life, gastronomy, and Andalusian charm. All major points of interest are within walking distance. Despite its central location, it provides peace and privacy after a day exploring the city.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
