Waterfront eigendom! Mooi havenappartement gelegen in de haven!

Je zult nooit meer weg willen! Gelegen aan de havenpromenade heeft dit tweede verdieping appartement uitzicht dat niet van deze wereld is! Er is letterlijk maar één ruimte zoals deze in de stad! De uitzichten zijn geweldig en vrij! Kijk hoe boten vanuit Resurrection Bay de haven in- en uitgaan. Kijk uit de grote woonkamerramen en bekijk de dieren (zeehonden, zeeleeuwen, zeeotters, vogels,) buiten spelen in het water en vissen uit het visreinigingsstation! Staar over de baai (kijk uit voor het breken van walvissen) de bergen in waar je gletsjers kunt zien en in het voorjaar af en toe een lawine! Door de slaapkamerramen kunt u kijken hoe wandelaars de beroemde Mt. Marathon! Vanaf 4 juli kun je de race in bed zien liggen! Dit appartement met één slaapkamer en één badkamer is echt één op een miljoen en we willen het graag met u delen!

Appartement bestaat uit: 1 queensize bed, kabel, internet, volledig ingerichte keuken, geweldig uitzicht en een badkamer (douchecabine).

Appartement is gelegen in de drukte van de haven. Het ligt dicht bij eetgelegenheden, cadeauwinkels, charter / tour boot kantoren, ijssalon en kledingwinkels. Het ligt op 1,6 km van het stadscentrum. Een gratis Seward-shuttle is beschikbaar in de stad. De bushalte bevindt zich op een paar honderd meter van de deur.

Dit appartement is NIET toegankelijk voor gehandicapten. Het bevindt zich op een tweede verhaal met een trap. Er is gratis parkeergelegenheid voor dit appartement, maar het bevindt zich aan de overkant van de straat.

Amazing describes the views from this rental. The apartment is immaculately clean, comfortable, and centrally located in Seward. Everything is walking distance. The owner Sarah was most helpful and accommodating. Stellar sea lions fed right in front of our window. A mother even fed her young one. Loved watching the harbor and boardwalk activity. I highly recommend this rental if you stay in Seward.

A location that can't be beat

Directly overlooking the Seward harbour, with spectacular views of the mountains, boats, harbour seals, bald eagles and sea otters frolicking below your windows, you absolutely can't beat the location of this apartment. Clean, well equipped, and hosted by a very communicative and nice host, all the best amenities of Seward are steps away. When in Seward, you can't do better than this apartment.

Great Location!

We loved our stay at Sarah's place conveniently located dockside in the harbor. The apartment had everything and anything we needed. Well appointed and Sarah left excellent instructions and recommendations during and after our stay. We would stay here again should we ever cine back to visit!

A+ Experience!

The apartment is located overlooking the harbor/marina. Very scenic. We enjoyed sitting in the living room watching the fishermen come in and process their catch for waiting customers. We didn't cook but the kitchen looked fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Shops and restaurants are close by as well as gathering points for some tour companies. The property manager was incredibly patient and responded promptly to all our questions.

Great condo with great views!

We stayed in the condo the third week in September. The area was not very crowded and businesses were starting to shut down for the season. The condo is located right in the harbor. The view is incredible. You can see boats and sea life. We enjoyed looking out at the harbor. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and found the condo well stock with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Pictures don't do justice

My husband and I stayed 3 nights before heading on a cruise. The pictures dont come close to how amazing the views really are and how nice the apartment was. Very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make a meal of salmon caught right outside with the fishing poles included in the stay. The host was absolutely amazing and helped out in so many ways, starting with helping figure out what was the best choice for us to travel from Anchorage to Seward, letting us check in early and keeping communications going through the whole stay. Wish i could give more stars to the apartment and host.

Great view

Loved being able to see the harbor and all the activity. What you may not realize in the listing is there is no curtains or blinds in the main living area which at first was uncomfortable but then you got used to it and got over it. They were great host and quick to respond. Very convenient to walk around and see the town. Cute place with an amazing view!! Definitely recommend

Stunning location, A+ view, clean, quiet

Even though this rental is right by the waterfront where fishing boats come in, it is very quiet. The view over the water to the mountains is astonishing. The host provided very comfortable furnishings, sheets, towels, and basics in the kitchen. There was even a private parking space offered about a block away. We enjoyed sitting at our back window watching the fishing boats come in and people cleaning their fish. Ducks and otters swam by. What an amazing experience!

Absolutely the most incredible views. Condo was Immaculate. Super convenient location to restaurants and coffee! We could sit all day and watch the boats coming and going. Eagels, harbor seals and sea otters right out the window. I can't say enought about it. Loved every minute even the rainy days!

Great Stay!

We loved this Vrbo! My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. We enjoyed going out and hiking during the day, and coming back here in the evening and watching the fisherman and charters process their fish outside our window.
