Ervaar de eeuwwisseling charme in dit huis uit 1905 dat een belangrijk onderdeel is van de geschiedenis van Seward And U. S. Nationaal register eigendom. Mooie hardhouten vloeren, volledig vernieuwde badkamer. Historische details en charmante, historische accenten overal. Uitzicht vanuit woon / eetkamer, keuken en slaapkamers. Deze loft in appartementstijl was het oorspronkelijke verblijf voor telegraafmedewerkers uit het VS-korps in 1905 en in de jaren '60. Het was de oorspronkelijke wijk voor de Amerikaanse korpsarbeiders die de telegraaflijnen bedienden. Beneden-eenheid (aparte ingang en apt) was het oorspronkelijke kabel / telegraafkantoor. Op loopafstand van alles in het centrum! Coffeeshops, brouwerij, bibliotheek, winkels, restaurants, Sea Life centrum, park.

Great location! Clean and Comfortable!

We stayed at this property Memorial Day weekend for 3 nights. The location is close to restaurants and the Sea Life Center. We were also able to easily walk to the waterfront. The check in was easy and communication was clear. Everything was clean and comfortable! Definitely would choose this place again when going to Seward!

Prefect location with a view of the water. Easily walk to restaurants, shops, aquarium and the water. Very comfortable and all of the antiques in the home were an added bonus.

Perfect location

Location of the property was perfect to walk around. Older quaint apartment perfect for what we were looking for near the water and town. A 20 min walk to the port for marine tours if you don’t want to drive and right next to the marine wildlife center. Gas grill is on the ground floor and this unit is upstairs if you choose to use it.

Good location

Loved the location, 2 blocks from the historic area of Seward. Short walk to the inlet and the sealife park. Only down side thing was we couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on to take the slight chill out of the air. We did find an electric oil heater to use.

Cute property, but…

This house couldn’t have a better location. It was clean and charming with all of its history. However, although the house was from 1905- I was not expecting the mattresses to be from the same era. The mattresses and pillows in this house desperately need replacing. Also, there really is not much point in having a bedside lamp and clock if they are not plugged in and no extension cord is provided.

Beautiful Stay for Family Celebrations.

Again, Tanguy has aided us in creating great family memories and a comfortable stay. He worked with me in figuring out how to accommodate us and I truly appreciate it. Mostly everything we needed to cook and get cozy was provided, the view as always, soothing and the location unbeatable.

Alaskan Overview

First time to Alaska and Seward definitely has all things Alaska. Stayed all 7 days in this town and each day was a new adventure. Even just the Sea Life center was a favorite. The water is within site of this place, walking distance to everything. Absolutely the perfect place. Clean, plenty of room and perfectly located in town. Thankful we found this gem and highly recommended. Hosts also are very helpful on local advice.
