'The Gabala Karavansaray Hotel was a clean modern hotel about a ten minute walk from the centre of Gabala. The rooms were modern and spacious. The indoor pool and steam room were an added bonus. The breakfast provided plenty of options and was of a great quality. The only slight issue was the lack of dining options close by the hotel but there are plenty of choices in town. I would definitely stay here again if in Gabala.'

'I usually have a good tolerance for hotel rooms, but this one fell short of expectations. The bed mattress was absolutely terrible and you could feel every single spring on it. The sheets were stained with blood, and the water flow in the shower wasn't great. There's a good view of the city from the hotel location, but keep in mind that it's a 10-15 minute walk to the main road and half of it isn't lit if you're walking after dark. '

'Our experience at Gabala 7 Gozel Hotel was very disappointing. We checked in at 14:00 as scheduled, but our room was not ready, and we had to wait around 30 minutes. The service at the café near the pool was also terrible. Orders were forgotten, and we constantly had to go back and remind the staff about items we had already requested.
