This condo was extremely clean and looked just like the photos. It's a quick trip down the elevator and then you can walk to the beach. 'For what we used it for a roof over our head and place to sleep it was manageable! while we was out fishing daylight to dark we was not there during the day! The owner seemed nice! The only major things I noticed was the furniture was out dated and worn out! The mattresses in the bedrooms was borderline tough to get comfortable on! Tree in front of the porch needs trimming! The house is close to the beach! With just a little bit of tlc this house could be more enjoyable.'
