'Stain on chair in the room, asked them to swap out chair. Never happened! SECOND day, new Manager said she would take care of it, NEVER happened! That night the original manager said he cleaned the chair. It was SOAKING Wet, and Still stained! The breakfast bagels and muffins were so stale, we could throw them and break a window!!
