I stayed at the hotel for a week in March 2024. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is in a safe residential neighborhood with many restaurants near by. The convention center is about 8 mins away by cab. The breakfast is excellent

Although our check-in, around 10 in the evening, was quick and easy, our first impression of the hotel was a musty smell. When we walked into our room, it had a smoky odor even though it was non-smoking. My wife and I did not get a great night’s sleep as the bed was sunken-in and we kept rolling downward towards the middle. Fortunately, the staff were very helpful the next day and let us change to another room that smelled a little better and had a more comfortable bed. The breakfast was good; a nice mix of Chinese and western food. The hotel itself is in a favorable location adjacent to a shopping center with several restaurants including local flavors, Korean bbq, Indian cuisine, and a British style pub, as well as an Aldi supermarket and some clothing/lifestyle stores. It is also only one block away from Century Park, so I was able to go on a nice Sunday morning run. One loop around the perimeter of the park is almost exactly 5k. Overall, we liked the convenience of the hotel for a weekend stay, as most of our activities were in Pudong, and the price reflects the condition of the hotel; good enough, but certainly not fancy.

First of all, the hotel room is in very good condition and the room is large. And because I am familiar with Thumb Plaza, I felt friendly to this hotel and knew the neighborhood well. The breakfast wasn't bad, but it wasn't too good. Overally, I love this hotel.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful especially during the novel corona virus crisis. The price, however, really did not match what was booked through Expedia. I doubt the price of the yuan went up while we were in China. So I’m really disappointed about the switch.

Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it provides tranquility and would be suitable for travelers looking for a good rest. There are many food and shopping options available nearby as well.

設備は良いが洗面所とバストイレ回りに髪の毛が複数残っていたことが残念。 朝食はチャーハンと焼きそばが美味しくなかった。他のホテルでは感じたことはない。チャーハンが美味しいことは重要だと思う。それ以外の食べ物は悪くない。

Room is nice. Air conditioner was broken. I had asked them to fix it and they never did. I like the location but don’t know if I will stay there again. I booked the most expensive room and should have been treated better. For all the complaints they say the same thing. We value your opinion and will speak to there staff.

English ist Bei vielen einfachen mitarbeitern Des hotels nicht zu erwarten.wird Aber ausgeglichen durch die grosse hilfsbereitschaft der reception. Hotel etwas ausserhalb der metro station,diesel koennen Aber mit 20 rmb das wind etwa 2.5 euro leicht erreicht werden. Restaurants und supermarket sind but wenige schritte entfernt.

Hotel is not new, but rooms have been renovated and upgraded. Well maintained. Good location with lots of restaurants in the vicinity and taxis are readily available.

No cool air, poor air conditioning, keep temp 26-27, need to open the balcony door(must sign for permission to unlock), the receptionist said we might check out 2pm, but the last day our key not effective 12 at noon, we asked & the response was extra payment after 1pm, we been stayed for 4 nights, also same happening to our friends, they left 2 days before us😡

The only issue was that the front staff looked at their airport document and told me that Delta flew out of Terminal 2, unfortunately once dropped off at that terminal, we found that Delta flew out of Terminal 1.

Just a 1 night stay but I have stayed here often. Great check-in. The clear (Jason, I believe) was very gracious and provided a check in as he noticed that I was a frequent guest. Room was very nice and location is prime for my needs.
