Check in was fine. Room was large but hot and couldn’t get the ac working. Breakfast was aimed at Chinese customers so less for European travellers however I didn’t see any other Europeans in the hotel the entire trip. Couldn’t get a taxi and no one to help on 3 occasions

Great area , seems modern very much
Location is within walking distance of the train station. Check in was easy. Room upgrade was given. My only complaint was the breakfast, it was not as good as Pullman Jingan near shanghai station, many choices seemed from the day before, not fresh. The breads, cereals, bread pudding, many of the foods did not taste that good. Just the juices and water was good and the omelet ///

Was very cold but the hotel was super easy to locate and within walking distance from the location I was at. Very Stylish and being away from home on christmas my only comfort was the room.

Had a neck massage at the spa. It wasn’t very good. I asked for neck shoulder massage, but they charged me two times the neck massage which is more than the neck shoulder massage. There was a 20% for in-house guests, however they did not give me the discount, even when I billed it to the room. I went to back to resolve the pricing but was refused at any point I made

nice and friendly hotel to stay, 10 mins walking to metro station. Surroundings are quiet, especially if you are going to take train from Shanghai South station ( no bullet train from this station). The Chinese restaurant inside hotel is yummy.

Following the recently published government policy and Effective July 1st 2019, the government announced a new regulation. All hotels in Shanghai are no longer pro-actively providing single-use products such as toothbrushes, combs, shower loofahs, razors, nail files and shoe brushes. Warmth and hospitality at its very best !
The front desk reception staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. Its front desk manager Gary He is a natural hotelier. He is always available. Gary is naturally courteous and a wonderful manager at this hotel.

今回は上海ワールドカップを見に行くため、5泊利用させて頂きました。チェックインもスムーズにでき部屋の中はとても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。また清掃も毎日綺麗に行われ出かけ先から帰ってくるのが楽しみでした。ロビーではすぐにタクシーを呼んで頂くこともでき便利でした。また地下鉄、上海南駅も3分ほどで地下街から行くことができとても便利でした。

Five stars all the way through!
Booked the hotel for my parents who had to spend one night in Shanghai after sending my nieces back to California USA from Shanghai Pudong Airport and before they headed home in Jiangxi China. They really enjoyed their stay. The hotel was beautiful. Service was excellent in all respects. The breakfast was unbeatable. Would definitely consider it again if stay in the area again! Highly recommended!
