Had a very unpleasant check-in experience, slow staff, rude foreign customer who is in another line, while try to cut in my line for the check in service. ~130$ per night is normal hotel charge for most hotel in US, but in China this is quite pricy, sadly, the service and the house facilities fail to meet the standard.

Property was close to airport but not walkable, room was nice and staff friendly but was very isolated from Shanghai itself and there was only industrial properties around it, took about 45 minutes by taxi to get to points of interest or the city. As a place to sleep in between flights it was pretty good if you didn't want to see the city

Excellent choice for in-transit at PVG airport. One negative is shuttle from airport every 1.25 hrs vs 0.5 hours from hotel. Also, coffee station at 05:00 am would be a nice perk for early morning flights.

I stayed at the hotel because my flight arrived so late and I didn’t want to bother my parents midnight. The hotel provides the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. And the check in process was quick even though it was late. The hotel room is clean and decent size. I enjoyed the hotel breakfast. There were a lot of choices. There is a ramen station that you get fresh made ramen.

Just to update some earlier reviews, the bus service is now more regular. You need to catch it across the road outside entrance 9 in terminal 1, but they run every 30 minutes for most of the day. They also have a schedule posted in the hotel. It as clean but it does need some money spent on it. Only 5 minute's drive from terminal so taxi drivers may be reluctant

The room was too hot, air conditioner did not work well, wine was terrible, i foud difficult to communicate as not many people speak English, They did not give me my invoice for one night y will have problems with my company because of that.
