與3位朋友一同趁復活節到上海旅遊,入住後,發覺房間超級多塵,加床的被褥等等,朋友說有蝨咬,浴室熱水難調節,一下熱死,一下冷死,這都其次,主要是房間超熱,無法調控冷氣,問了前台,說有冷氣的,不過只是給鮮風,無言了,還說叫我們一係自行開窗,哈,第一次聽到有酒店說叫住客這樣做的。問有沒風扇,又說沒有,已經給完各住客了,只能說可以換房,不過換的房間只是鮮風會大一點,唉,救命,上海有一天高達30度,人到癲,最後,去了投訴,才給了一部冷風機……日後一定blacklist此酒店。在此告訴大家,要認真考慮考慮。

The location is great and easy to commute by public transportation. Lots of dining options. The hotel is a bit dated, and the chair in my room is clearly worn off on the edge of the seat. The design of the shower floor keeps the shower water on the floor and always leaves a pond there. Hotel staff and service are nice.

Tolle und zentrale Unterkunft an der Line 2! Man kann direkt von beiden Flughäfen dorthin gelangen. Wir waren zweimal innerhalb einer Woche in dieser Unterkunft und beide Zimmer waren top.

Gute Location
Leider habe ich kein Zimmer bekommen mit Badewanne, das setup gleich neben den Liften ist verschieden zu den anderen Räumen. Weiter wollten sie mein Bonvoy Mitgliednummer nicht notieren, weil ich über Hotel.com gebucht habe, das war vor der Pandemie immer möglich. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer sehr sauber und auch das Frühstück Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig und gross, man findet für jeden Geschmack etwas passendes . Sehr gute Locatio0n, weil die Zhongshan Park Subway Station im gleichen Gebäude ist.

The worst experiences I had so far. Took for more than 1 hour to check in since only 1 counter is opened . All my colleagues has experiences the same thing for those who arrived earlier or later than I am which means this is the normal practice for this hotel . A lot of the room is smelly , air con not working , and the worst of all no fridge in the room but did not even mention it when we check in !!! Everything just bad !!
