1. Rooms as booked not given and was tried to cheat by giving inferior room. Got the right after lot of hassle with the staff and lost 1.5 hours in the process
2. For checkout calls received at least 5 times which was very annoying
3. Food is costly (Suggestion: Better to book meal included plan as Buffet is good) '

'Had a quick stay at the Fern near Kalyan, the property is clean and well managed. the only surprise was that they do not offer bell services or valet so you have to handle your luggage by yourself. The rooms are well kept and clean and the food in the room service was great too. '

If you are an international guest staying here make sure you carry a travel adapter otherwise your cell phone and laptop will run out of battery.
