'The property itself was excellent, which is why this experience was so disappointing. We specifically chose this hotel with the expectation that breakfast would be available, as advertised. However, on Sunday morning we were informed that there was no breakfast because there wasn’t a cook. As a result, my significant other and I had to leave the hotel to find breakfast elsewhere, creating an unexpected expense and disrupting what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. 'The hotel is no frills and in a great location. The room was not ready for check-in at three and the staff was unhelpful and seemingly unbothered by the line of guests wanting their rooms. We finally got into our room about 90 minutes after the advertised check-in time with water bottles and granola bars as a 'sorry for the wait' bag.'

'Breakfast was mediocre selection. Coffee was lukewarm. No coffee in the room at all. Staff not at all helpful. I asked for a receipt and was given a receipt for someone entirely different. I asked again in the morning, and the girl was more concerned about description of the girl that gave me the wrong receipt, and then proceeded to tell me she was unable to provide me a receipt. I would not stay again.'

'Definitely will be going back. Staff was kind and room and premises clean. The only reason I gave a 4 was due to a person who said they were checking in by the front desk. This person had a pitbull off its leash and then got extremely agitated with me when i asked him if he could put the dog on a leash. So while I felt safe for most of the time there, the last few minutes could have gone bad very quickly. I kept myself calm and quickly gave the employee my pass key to the room and left....

'Clean room, fast check out, and a surprisingly decent free breakfast. A good location with respect to the Tumwater Falls, which is worth half a day.'

'They were under a massive reconstruction and had no front lobby. The check in desk was not marked out very well, and with the hotel being understaffed, I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up and check me in. 5 minutes after getting to our room, the fire alarm went off. That's when we decided to check out and just push on through to home. They should have shut down for the duration of rebuilding the front lobby and maybe adequately staff the place.'
