'Hotel staff was really friendly and had a great stay there. Everything was really good . And the location of the hotel is really close to the market + the metro'

'The hotel is good and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. We would stay here again! Outside the hotel the streets are bustling but inside the hotel there’s an oasis of calmness.'

'Kamer was ruim en proper. Engelstalige zenders op tv, koffie en thee. Roomservice was ok. Inchecken snel.'

'Nice 3 star hotel near New Delhi Railway Station. Room was rather small but all necessities are available. Room was clean and shower was working great. Breakfast was in a smaller room for which cleanliness and amount of choice can be improved. Personnel was very friendly and accommodating, only odd thing was that they decided to deactivate the key card in the middle of our stay. '

'Had a good stay.'

'Kleinschalig gerestaureerd hotel midden in de straatjes van Old Dehli. Red Fort, Jama Masjid moskee, Chandni Chowk op loopafstand. Gezellige kamer met goed sanitair, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt buffet en heerlijk diner. Slechts 2 overnachtingen en zou willen dat ik het hotel de rest van mijn reis kon meenemen!'

'Lovely personnel, very easy going and relaxed. Hotel was situated in a very busy street which we didn’t know as it was our first time in Delhi. But hotel felt safe and really was a way to relax in the very hectic street life. Rooftop was a very pleasant and welcome relaxing place to wind down. There was quite some noise outside and within the hotel that you could hear from the room. Luckily we are not very light sleepers so it didn’t bother us too much. Overall great value for money. '

'Everything was good except the lady receptionist, arrogant, selfish and so rude, don't know how to talk with customer, like she give me favour , bro I paid for that'

'Very convenient location about a 2 minute walk from metro station and bus station. Excellent wi-fi, excellent AC, clean room, staff willing to help in the early hours which was appreciated. The only drawback was I had difficulty getting hot water in the shower.'

'The hotel is hidden in an alley and it looks not to good. But it is just the 40 meters to the hotel. From there the hospitalty is good, the location is good, quiet and in the centre of the old city, 5 minutes walking to the Red Fort. The beds are hard, not too comfortable, but it was clean and the breakfast is very good.'

'Absolutely great hostel vibes, perfect for solo travellers. Rooms are a good size. What made this the perfect stay are the staff who go out of their way to welcome you. In particular, want to say Arshi, Rajan and Zubin whose customer service skills are second to none! I am very thankful for their extended support. It's staff like these that make you return to Zostel'
