"The hotel itself is genuinely luxurious — elegant rooms, immaculate finishes, and facilities that are a real cut above. The spa, pool and fitness areas were excellent, and the overall atmosphere is exactly what you hope for at this level. The one thing that stopped this from being a perfect stay was the booking process. My reservation had somehow been cancelled in their system, and I only found out because I chased it up myself. Unfortunately I didn’t feel much willingness from the team to think along with me or take ownership of the problem — I had to keep pushing to get my booking reconfirmed. For a property of this standard, I’d expect the service to match the surroundings. The hardware is five-star; the guest support in this instance wasn’t. Worth staying for the facilities, but do double-check your reservation beforehand."

"Schone kamer en erg klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ruime keus in het ontbijtbuffet. Gym, jacuzzi sauna en zwembad was fijn om te gebruiken. Goed om de dag mee te beginnen. Korte afstand naar de metro, was makkelijk te lopen. "
