While the home itself has potential, our experience was unfortunately not as expected.The listing indicated accommodations for 18 guests, but in reality, there were beds for only about 10, and only three of the five bedrooms were made available. 'It is students' accommodation far in the outskirts of Dubai. There is a restaurant and a food shop which is good. The facilities are quite good for this category of place. I stayed there because of the price and did not have high expectations, had a good stay for that money. But two things annoyed me: 1. My messages to the property "owner" were not read until after I arrived, so I got no answers to my questions 2. The property declares a "no smoking" policy but it is absolutely not enforced....
