'The rooms and infraestructure is really amazing!! But the food is TERRIBLE!!! on plus you have people selling you all kind of stuff and they sold us a spa package as a 5 star spa, when we arrived it was a whole, completely horrible!! We had to complain to everybody so we could get our money back (at least 30).. so dont believe anything about the spa and the beauty saloon, they are dirty and is a shame the could even sell something like that! in general the view and rooms are excelent plus some...

'Overall, the hotel offers luxury, very nice heated pools, great beach and access to SOHO for entertainment. However the biggest issue was the quality of dining at the main restaurant as the food was dry and tasteless. Only the desert table was exceptional. Breakfast was fine though. The other issue that I had was with the stairs that are prone to misstep and there were other lousy design issues that contradicted with the overall nice architecture of the complex.'

Wil je snorkelen moet je 1 km verder gaan in het gesloten hotel, gewoon belachelijk! 'The hotel is in the middle if Naama Bay but it was very quiet and peaceful inside. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The front reception manager said if I didn’t mind waiting 20minutes I could have a poolside room. While I waited the staff brought me a welcome drink of fresh Hibiscus juice.
