الاقامه كانت ممتازه فقط بوفيه الغذاء والعشاء لا يوجد تنوع وخصوصا في الحلو الشاطئ ممتاز فريق الترفيه ممتاز خدمة الغرف مستواها ضعيف

C'e di meglio a Sharm
Residence bello solo da vedere in fotografia manutenzione assente bagni tutti da rifare pavimenti esterni da rifare cibo ripetitivo a livello appena accettabile animazione praticamente inesistente, palestra inesistente, pub chiuso ecc..molto di quello che si vede in fotografia non esiste
se torno a Sharm non torno in questo villaggio anche se il prezzo è interessante.

On the beach, I would like screens from the wind - when a strong wind blows, it is uncomfortable to be there.

The worst experience I have yet to have at a hotel. Despite us having the digital confirmation of our reservation the hotel claimed they couldn’t find it making us wait an hour in the lobby. The manager then refused to honour the price we had initially booked at and charged us more claiming it wasn’t the hotels fault they didn’t have the booking. The desk staff and management were terribly rude with little skill in customer service and later on in the evening when they pulled us aside to inform us they did have the reservation
And it was in fact their fault they did not even issue a formal apology.
The restaurant is terrible - probably the worst food we ate in Egypt. When we walked into the room the water bottle left for us was previously open and 3/4 full.
Overall awful experience. Do not book at this hotel!

Arrivati in hotel non trovano prenotazione Expedia abbiamo dovuto telefonare a nostre spese al vs: call center in Egitto .Risolto il problema dopo circa 2 0re. Camera ok ristorante ok prima colazione assolutamente pessimo e molto scarso il cibo del pranzo e cena. Aquistato negozio hotel ricarica telefono pagato euro 10 caricate 10 lire egiziane.Fatto presente alla reception ma nonostante testimonianza barista hotel nessuno a creduto alla mie parole. Faccio presente che veniamo in Egitto da anni .Causa ristrutturazione del ns. Hotel abituale abbiamo scelto disgraziatamente il Coral Beach

No recomendable a menos que te guste lo aislado
Lo cogí solo para una noche ya que llegaba tarde y quería algo cerca del aeropuerto. Es uno de los muchos resorts construidos en la costa, absolutamente aislado de toda vida comercial o similar. Si te alojas en la parte de atràs, la playa queda bastante lejos. El desayuno es pèsimo. Tambien es verdad que ahora es temporada baja y está casi vacío. Yo no lo recomiendo, ni siquiera a familias. Mejor quedarse en Naama o en Sharm...tambien hay resorts pero está mucho mas vivo.

Berbat, Kalınacak yer değil
Otel konumu olarak çok iyi koyda konumlanmış. Mercan resiflerini ve çok çeşitli balıkları barındırmaktadır. Ancak otel rahatlığı sıfır. Odalar pis ve temizlik yapılmasa aynı şey. Kötü kokuyor. Çalışanlar pis, hizmet kötü. Yemekler yapıldığı yeri görünce zaten yemezsiniz ve kötü kokuyor. Snack yok. Bardakları sudan geçiriyorlar sadece. Herşey dahil olmasına rağmen tüm akşam yemekelrini dışarıda yedik. İçecekler soğuk olmuyor ve gazı kaçık oluyor. Daha çok yerel turist var.

Бюджетный отель со своим пляжем.
Не плохой бюджетный отель. Кормят не очень. Еды мало. Был массовый заезд с Украины, за едой чуть ли не очередь.
Зато рядом пляж, эио здорово,
Красивый коралловый риф.
В целом все понравилось.

Красивый риф
Территория большая, чистая, ухоженная. Огромный бассейн, к сожалению в зимний период не подогревается. Уборка номера каждый день, но за чаевые более качественная) со сменой полотенец...
Недостаток в том что вход в море только с понтона, хорошо для маленьких деток - метров 30 - 50 от берега воды по колено)

Relaxed place to stay
It's a fine hotel to stay at a couple nights, I was disappointed the sidewalk or beach doesn't go very far so I couldn't easily walk to Soho - walkway ended at a fence with rubble and a big drop if you decided to jump it. Food wasn't the best, wifi only in lobby was a bit annoying. There isn't actually a free shuttle to the airport but they were nice enough to end up providing one because it was advertised. Pretty location if you want to just sit by the beach, most employees were very nice.

Could of been better not made to feel welcome
Booked a Premium room beach front as the rate was great but it could not be described as beachfront, sea view would of been more accurate. Also if you need internet access in your room book near reception. In my room the signal kept dropping. The IT manager blamed my laptop but this was proved wrong when i took it to the lobby and it worked fine. Also note internet is not free its 85EGP per hour and you need to buy a scratch card. The duty manager was helpful but most of the staff were surly and in some cases rude. It was not a bad stay but failed to live up to the expectation. Better hotels in the area but this had the best rate. A tip at the airport some taxis try and take 200EGP+ for the journey when the real rate is nearer 90EGP. Hotel transfer only 75EGP if you book in advance with the hotel.
