Sterk achteruit gegaan!
Waren hier een aantal keren eerder geweest, met veel plezier en dit keer een totale deceptie. Hotelkamer niet zoals gereserveerd (andere dag verholpen), restaurants gesloten, SOUK drastisch ingekrompen qua aanbod eten, daarnaast alleen SALA THAI open, cafe FRESCO alleen open voor ontbijt, laatste dagen in 1/4 van de ruimte. STAR bar zonder bartender (op ons verzoek opengegaan voor een pre-dinner drankje) maar iemand van de algemene staff die probeerde er nog iets van te maken. Wij zijn er heel verdrietig van geworden. We begrijpen de achtergrond van de situatie, maar als er max. op enig moment 50 gasten zijn op 400+ kamers hadden we dit graag geweten om een eentueel andere keuze te kunnen maken.

We loved the resort with 2 pools and private beach. The all you can eat buffet was spectacular as well as the Thai restaurant.

Park Regency Resort is located right by the red sea and offers a beautiful view almost no matter where you get your room. With friendly and serviceminded staff and lots of food options in all the different restaurants i can very much recommend a relaxing stay here. When we arrived we had some troubble with the rooms electricity, but this was fixed by the time we came back from dinner. Same was for a leak that occured in our closet the last day before departure, but maintenance and roomservice was quick and efficient with repairs and cleanups. Pools and beach are always clean and neatly looking with not too pushy sauna/photo/excursion sellers, and there was many activities orchestrated by the hotel staff to make the beach a bit more fun for those who wanted. Gym was also nice. 4/5 on facilities and cleanliness as there were room ro improvement, but by no means bad. Only thing i was a bit disappointed with was the Lotus Spa as while specifying what treatment i was looking for, i still got very basic massage both days. The masseuse unfortunately wasnt that strong either, compared to what im used to in other countries so it became a bit more frustrating rather than relaxing.

Lovely large property with friendly staff. Good selection of food. We were there in July so was very hot. Nice relief when in pool or in beach. A good selection of sealife, went snorkeling and my other half also went scuba diving, offered in the resort. Surrounded by reefs so you can only use a small part of the beach with the children. Free shuttle to town centre. All in all enjoyable. Will come back but maybe when temp slightly cooler.

Really a nice solution in Naama Bay Area. One of the few resort with sand beach where you can walk. Awesome reef east to snorkel in. Good food. Nice service. A disco in the village where to dance till midnight would make it perfect.

Hotel room was really nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in took a hour unfortunately. And our bathroom shower drain became flooded when we used it. Also, there is a curfew on the beach and pool. You can only use it from 8am until 7pm. But aside from those things it was wonderful

Location was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The condition of our room (Regency Suit) was a bit disappointed - the size was perfectly good but quite dated and dusty, the sliding door of the wardrobe was broken, some parts of the shower were missing, the cover of the main door was fallen apart, the door from bedroom to the balcony was not working properly (not able to open) due to uneven floor level. Buffet food choices were almost the same everyday, for us, it was okay. The food was lovely in the Beach House, Mouhoud (I hope I spell his name right!) He was excellent, he worth a 5-Star! We spent most of our time on the main beach and another day on the private beach for suite/ club members. The team on private beach were very welcoming especially Bahaa and Alaa.

Betjeningen, spesielt i buffetrestauranten, var upåklagelige. Hjelpsomme og vennlige. Det samme gjaldt de på stranden og rengjøringspersonalet. Betjeningen på bassengbaren var mer lunkne, her var du heldig om du fikk en brus slengt til deg. Wifi-tilkoblingen fungerte i beste fall så som så. På rommet er den noe bedre, i alle de andre områdene var den nesten ubrukelig. Så vær forberedt på å roame. Noe kjedelig og repetatativt innhold på buffetene. Mye plastikk og pappkrus hever ikke inntrykket. STORT hotell og dermed veldig mye mennesker. Av og til sliter personalet med å holde fokuset. Naturligvis. Hotellet bærer og preg av alderen sin, særlig rommene er slitne. Det som drar hele inntrykket opp er enkelte i betjeningen som rett og slett er eksemplariske.

Il sole è molto luminoso Nonostante abbia usato la crema, è apparsa l'aritma solare Per fortuna hanno una clinica privata con un dottore che parla tre lingue: inglese, russo e italiano che è venuto in camera ed è stato bravissimo! Hanno portato medicine, creme, hanno fatto flebo, due iniezioni antistaminici, siamo trattati molto bene. pagato € 350. tutto è andato bene. il pomeriggio e la sera ti portano gratis a Naama Bay dove ci sono molti negozi Questo hotel ha una bellissima spiaggia rocciosa. A chi piace camminare sott'acqua con una maschera e scarpe speciali per vedere il mondo marino pieno di incredibili coralli e pesci. bellissime piscine, programma yoga, pallovolo con musica e balli serali il personale sorridente molto gentile parla molte lingue ottima comunicazione le camere sono tipiche,spaziose con ottimi materassi e biancheria, con shampoo e prodotti per il corpo molto buoni hotel in un immenso parco ricco di alberi e fiori, giardini curati

The facilities of the Hotel are very very good, the location is part of the beach and it is very interesting. You can see a lot of coral and fish compared to the wildlife of other coastal areas. You can see wonderful things. I have to single out the head of the diving center and the head diving instructor, Adam, who was incredibly prepared and very helpful during the dive. I think their work deserves five stars. It must be said that the hotel could use a renovation, but regardless, we had a great time. we are very very satisfied

VERY nice and pleasant stay - highly recommended!! Had a great experience in this hotel. Very professionell and helpful staff. We had to switch rooms, bc we weren't happy with our first and so we were offered a second, that was just amazing. There are different sales people around the hotel, who sold tours and experiences - all of which I enjoy a lot. For example a Quad tour thru the desert, scuba diving, massage and spa. The sales people here are advanced, have good social skills and are not pushy as outside the hotel. The restaurant manager of the resto at the ocean was welcoming us as friends and family every time we met him. He recommended us good places around and organized us special treatments such as extra delivery of water and drinks at the bar. Our room cleaner Elsayed was also amazing, with a good work attitude. The food for all inclusive was alright, not super good but ok. In the restaurants like the one on the ocean and the thai were incredibly delicious. The hotel area itself was clean, well decorated and looked very nice. The only thing that bothered me was that they played christmas songs until January which they kept playing on repeat :D Taxi rides were offered by the hotel, and even tho they were expensive, they were very good. All in all, very good experience and i would always come back!

This property was excellent, the staff was very nice. Beach was clean and had good service. Activities such as snorkeling and scuba diving was offered on site. Walking distance to Naema Bay. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

Good hotel but need to improve
Location, beach, sea, recreation is perfect. Open buffet is not so good, not so many options. Service is not so good but people are so helpful and smiling, especially reception. Wifi is terrible but terrible everywhere, lobby, rooms, you have to fix this! Sorry but animation is really bad too. Overall, it's old but really big and good hotel, there are a lot of things to improve but it's not so difficult.
