We are understanding how vacation is important for our valuable guests and we are extremely sad to know that you didn’t had wonderful time with us. We are not just listening or reading guest recommendations, but we are taking to consideration each single recommendation in order to make corrective action and prevent in the future, details regarding negative subject mentioned in reviews, assisting us to understand in details what we need improve and to make immediately action During our valuable guest stay they will received on daily basis question about quality of their stay. 1. Courtesy call after check in to the room - to be sure that room location is good (according to reserve room type). 2. During breakfast and dinner time Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Manager, Quality Manager - asking about food, service - to be sure that guest enjoy food and beverage selection, in case of special request we will be more than happy to prepare special meal. 3. During the day by pool and beach our animation team and guest service center agent contacting guest - to be sure that customer is satisfied in overall with holidays. 4. In the middle of vacation our guest service center team calling to the guest room - to ask if guest stay is comfortable. All above procedures done only with one issue to meet all guest requirements and correct on the spot. We know that each person is different, as company we established minimum requirements according modern and most guest request in the buffet, rooms as facility in general, but also we would like to meet each single guest expectations. Please do not hesitated to inform about any your wishes, while you will be in the Resort. We would like to give some feedback regarding your comments. The Management of SUNRISE Montemare Resort -Grand Select-is committed to achieve a leadership position in hospitality industry while providing the most efficient service, facilities and environment that meets the needs and expectations of our guests and surrounding society by applying its Quality & HACCP Management system and to ensure that it is safe and wholesome for the better safety and satisfaction of our customers & Employees through, as we are working constantly on improving our services to meet and exceed our guests' expectations We know that food taste and selection is different for each guest but we would like to reach maximum guest satisfaction. According to this has been implemented menu in International Main Restaurant according to the main nationality accommodate in the Resort, for example German Guest, Italian etc., different way of cooking including light; grilled food option. There is Breakfast with minimum 20 Chafing dish hot items; apart of bakery selection; fruit selection;

Hotel bellissimo con spiaggia privata, giardino immenso curato nei minimi particolari. Il cibo è abbondantissimo e all' interno c' è anche il ristorante italiano e asiatico. Tutto il personale è gentilissimo e attento ad ogni bisogno del cliente. Un ringraziamento particolare a tutti i camerieri e soprattutto a Essam, che ci accoglieva ogni giorno con il suo bellissimo sorriso!

Heşey mükemmel , aile olarak konakladık. Personel davranış bakımından iyi otel çok büyük değil bu yüzden çok yorulmuyorsunuz plaj oda restaurant arasında . Manzuka uzak doğu restaurantına mutlaka gidin. Havaalanı transfer 20 usd . Geliyorken bozuk amerikan dolarıyla gelin.

Nice Hotels that needs to improve few things
This Hotel is amazingly build with beautiful garden and poos with its own coral beach. The rooms were nice and big. When we arrived at the Hotel we had to wait almost three hours to check in as they couldn’t find our reservation.Nobody apologized for that. The food was just ok. Not so many things for vegetarians and we got Diarrhea from the food there. We were on the swim room, they are amazing and very close to the beach. But before 10am the Bars close to the beach and pools were closed. The only place to get a coffee is the Buffet place what is kind hard to get to from rooms close to the beach.It should be a coffee station open before 10 am. We would definetely stay again in this Hotel.

The worst experience ever I had , very aggressive staff tried to hustle us they wont accept the local currency to pay the hotel fees they ACCEPT only USD , very rude receptionists and their manager as well , i had to file a complaint to tourists police to solve my problems with them, i don't recommend anybody to go there at all

We booked a swim up room as it was advertised adults only in the middle of our stay to our inconvenience discovered the rooms next door were given to very noisy families with crying kids who would do all sort in the pool & we were told websites yet to be updated The main restaurant very noisy & long queue as families would take a lot of food

Overrated.
We stayed 5 days in September 2022.I will start with the most important and the reason of our trip to Sharm el Sheik that is its amazing undersea life,it is simply a wonder in this planet,the hotel's house reef is not big but beautiful and healthy,my only complaint about it was the always crowded jetty stair with people only taking social media pictures.The hotel's architecture and grounds are very nice,the lobby is lovely with a nice lemongrass scent,the room was comfortable with good aircon but furniture is showing its age ,also many loose floor tiles either at access alleys.The hotel which is rated five stars is far from it,lacks of details,food is ok but not elegant,paper napkins at every meal,cheap glassware and silverware,plastic coffee spoons,dirty and sticky tables,etc.I believe that this is a massive operation rather than exclusive.Finally,the use of paper and plastic is outrageous,thousands and thousands of plastic bottles consumed per day.

*Easy check-in, we arrived 13:00 yet we did not wait until check-in time. *We got a room upgrade twice! without paying any extra money ! *The food variety and quality is excellent, for dinner you get to choose from eight different restaurants and you can plan a special event dinners for free *The staff were very polite and professional. *The resort is super clean on all scales.
