'Can’t find one complaint. This hotel is gorgeous, rooms are very well laid out, have everything you could need. All of the essentials and then some. Immediately when I walked in I was met with the warmest reception. Tall guy at the desk, I hate I don’t remember his name- set the stay off right. Will only stay here when I’m in Charlotte!!'

Free parking that was easy and convenient was a bonus. I chose to try the on-site restaurant due to time/weather; limited options, but excellent service and tasty meal. Highly recommend, and I know I will return again. '

'Everything about this hotel was amazing, the rooms were cleaned top to bottom. The beds were so comfortable and cozy I didn't want to get up. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I will definitely use them again. Check in service the lady was amazing and professional and facial expression was inviting. It was very late when we checked in and she still had a smile on her face. The kids loved the pool. I will be back. '
