'on check in we spent 1.5 hours cleaning the home the bathrooms were not cleaned the floors were not swept or washed none of the appliances were wiped down and the love seat has a broken leg .I did take photos .'

'We were not pleased with the security of the building as a child greeted me at the door and sent me to the side of the house to get into the location. I rang the buzzer for about 10 minutes , had to go back to the house and still no one who was an adult came to assist me. The young child, I say 6 or 7 yrs old gave me a security code, wrote it down for me and explained how I was to get into the facility; still no adult to assist me.
