'Hotel was about what you might expect at this price range, building was a bit run down. We only stayed one night and it was fine. Owner (at least I believe he was the owner) was very nice and accommodating. Hotels.com stated that breakfast ended at 9:30 but it ends at 9. He let me into the breakfast room to grab coffee and cereal. After we checked out, we thought we had left a bag in the room. I called about it and left a message; a few hours later he called back to say they didn’t find it. We...

The hosts Bryan and Jennifer provide excellent service and their house is clean, comfortable and inviting.The hosts have thought of everything and more. The town of Ashland is beautiful and we are so thankful that we found this gem. This is the best rental house we have ever stayed in and if we are in the area again we look forward to visiting again. 'This was my first time in Ohio. It was a very nice stay. It was a little warm inside, but Ohio was experiencing an abnormal heat wave at the time. The heat did not end up being a problem for us. The hosts were nice and accommodating, and we ate at some great local restaurants. The home was very nice and recently remodeled. I would not hesitate to come back. '
