'Staying at Shipyard 2.0 was a fantastic experience! The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, making it a truly welcoming space. 'It's a cute little container home. Privacy seems to be something that was considered. Other than the ring camera flood light but that is just pointed at the gravel parking area. Some of the outdoor furniture could stand to be refinished but that just seems like normal wear.Overall, we had a great time.We are excited to try out the 2.0 to see what changed in the next iteration.'

Up close we found writing on the walls, excessive scuffs, second hand furniture, dryer that took 2x runs to dry, broken dishwasher and busted bed in the master bedroom. We had problems with the thermostat being set on a program and it was 68 degrees. We like it 70-71. We could not override the program so the temp stayed cool.
