All that was for the cheapest (and reasonably) priced room. As a result, we had a great, quiet and comfortable stay. I recommend requesting a room facing away from the very close highway. We didn’t hear a thing! '

The staff was fabulous in checking in guests who were seeking shelter during the threat of a tornado as well as meeting their needs.
They remained calm, collected, kind and caring throughout the evening!
I was most impressed that they had two rooms available for shelter in the event that the tornado was spotted in the vicinity!'

The room was surface clean, but I dropped a pen and moved a side table. Dust and dirt stacked up. I found a box cutter under the table! The side chair has stains on it. 'It worked for a 6 hour stay just to get some sleep. A lamp didn’t work in my room, but honestly my biggest complaint was this automatic check in terminal. It felt unprofessional to not have a person there physically. Sure there was a person on the screen, but i couldn’t understand what she was saying due to the low volume and incredibly loud ice machine next to the kiosk.
