'DIverse keren in Edgewater verbleven echter zie je het ieder jaar verder achteruit gaan, de meeste appartementen zijn verkocht dus bijven er weinig huur appartementen. De gehele staat van het complex gaat achteruit echter de locatie is schitterend. let er ook op dat de Luxe apprtementen (Met masterbedroom aan de zeezijde) bijna niet meer in het pakket zitten.'
