'Everyone knows about the elevators ! So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . We had a really good bartender Jameson ! He was fast & got us in & out ! The staff at the Alabama ice Cream shop were also Great ! Got us in & out as well , super friendly! Definitely recommend coming to Laketown Wharf'

'We stayed in a 3-bedroom unit on the 17th floor with an amazing ocean view. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and other appliances were large, modern, and looked very new. I also really liked the bedding materials. However, some things definitely need improvement. Several bowls, plates, and pans were not clean, even one of them with mold. The bathrooms are very outdated. One shower head kept making noise, and water stopper...

'Room was clean and had extra items like beach chairs, umbrellas, baby items were also available if needed. Much more homey than the “condo owned” rooms. Would love to book this room again if available for our next stay in Panama!'
