Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Metrostation Ganxia North liegt gleich vor dem Haus. Hinter dem Hotel ist eine kleine Stadt mit sehr vielen kleinen traditionellen Geschäften, Handwerksbetrieben und Restaurants. Das fand ich touristisch ganz spannend. Ansonsten gibt es in Shenzhen Luxus Einkaufstempel in Hülle und Fülle. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr gut, die Auswahl sehr reichhaltig. In der Executiv Lounge würde ich mir bei der Getränkeauswahl noch Orangensaft wünschen. Das sollte meiner Meinung nach Standard sein. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Teilweise nimmt man einen leicht muffeligen Geruch wahr. Aber insgesamt ist alles Top. Ich war Ende März 2024 für 9 Nächte da und würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

酒店的工作人员服务态度非常好,解决问题的速度也很快。所以对服务非常的满意。 但不知道是不是因为酒店装修太久了,洗手间有一些污渍,也不确定是没清洁彻底还是原本太旧的原因。最主要,房间有很大的霉味,一出电梯走廊也是,问前台,说是因为前几天下雨的原因,给拿了一部空气清新器,但都没有特别大的改善。这个霉味是最头疼的。 同样的价格,真的可以选择到更好的酒店。

Not up to Hilton Standards
Hilton only by name. This hotel is not up to Hilton standards and needs renovating. The carpets were old and smelled musky. I had to request a room without carpets after change rooms twice without satisfaction. I had to contend with a lower grade room without the smelly carpets but it was worth the sacrifice. The cleaning was also very sloopy for a five star.

Nice hotel but some facilities problems
Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, hotel breakfast is ok. Location is good. There are some improvements can be made. The hotel provided phone charging cable, but the voltage is too low, it take long time to charge one phone. We forgot to bring our own charging cable for this trip. We have several phones and tablets to charge, and it take overnight and cannot complete all charging. There is no soap provided in the bath room. All liquid soap and shampoo bottle are fixed inside of the shower room and cannot take it away. Therefore when you take a bath on the tub, you got nothing to use (you can only soaked on the bath tub with hot water, nothing else. You cannot wash your body by any detergent). All you can do is going to the shower room after. Seems like the beautiful bath tub is only for display. The hair dryer is super noisy but blowing power is weak. Cannot dry the hair even my daughter is very short hair. Therefore I give up to wash my long hair because of the bad hair dryer. Suppose I think I can ask the room service to change another hair dryer for me but it was nearly 1am in the morning… I prefer go to sleep.
