'The Eagle’s Nest was an awesome place to stay for a week! The Blue Heron property was immaculate. The network of stairways was fun for our youngest to play hide and seek on. Three docks to fish from and plenty of beachfront. Even on the hottest days we could still find shade on the beach. The lake was great, not busy. 7 of us stayed and we were comfortable. Way worth the trip!'

The kitchen decor was *chef’s kiss* When the neighborhood lost power for a few hours on our first night, the hosts were superb in communicating about the situation & even sending updates from the electric company. 'This group was made up of 7th-12th graders from our classical Christian school (and adults). Our school has a house system and has an ongoing competition, and this group of boys won! This house was selected for their retreat, and they thoroughly enjoyed the house and their time up north. The chaperones said the homeowners were easy to contact regarding access and if anything came up. Thank you for a great retreat! We would highly recommend this home for any large or small groups!!'

'This cute little place had everything we needed for one night in Muskegon. Everything inside is new and well cared for. The host was easy to communicate with. They own the cafe below as well and treated us to breakfast the next morning for a minor inconvenience which wasn't expected, but very much appreciated. It’s a 7 minute drive to the beach and perfect if you have a furry friend with you- they even leave dog treats! Would stay again! '
