'What an incredible place! Better than expected. The perfect distance between Ennis and Cameron. The house had all the amenities needed. We stayed with our in laws so having the separate suite for them was absolutely perfect!'

'Cute little house with a beautiful flower garden. We were very disturbed by the condition of the wiring in the house. Ungrounded outlets, many with 3-4 (also ungrounded) extension cords powering everything in the room. We didn’t feel comfortable charging anything in the house. We charged in our vehicle. No fire Marshall would approve, does Vrbo and Expedia have safety standards? No handrail on the stairs to the second floor or to the basement. Carrying bags up and down was dangerous!Downstairs...

He also gave us great tips and was very responsive to questions. Lots of amenities and comfort here. We didn't want to leave. Google maps tried to take us up a road that doesn't exist, and the actual driveway is a bit of a bumpy climb, but the view is worth it. 'A large house that was well equipped and had lots of space. The basement bathroom was a little primitive (it is a cabin after all), but everything was clean and well stocked. The owner was good at communicating. The Check-in document he sent was informative, but a little wordy (3 pages) making it a bit tricky to quickly find all the details I needed. We had a great stay and I would definitely recommend for families or friend groups.'

'We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our adult family of four and our dog. Well equipped, even for Thanksgiving dinner. Really enjoyed the wood stove after spending hours outside. Quiet and peaceful. The only thing that would have made our stay better is to have one more double or queen bed. Our 6 ft tall son doesn’t fit so well in a twin bed anymore. Overall, a delightful experience. Thank you!'
