'The property is a short walk from the train station. The lack of a front desk was a little weird and new for us but the check in through ipad was easy and clear. We had left some important items in the hotel room after check out and the 24 hour service center at our next Minn hotel was able to contact the right people to arrange pick up of these items. They were so helpful and kind. Just amazing. '

'The flat was very easy to find and access with clear instructions from owners. Direct metro link to shin-osaka station and 5min walk thereafter. Easy to get around to all the tourist attractions including universal studios, castle and dontonbori. Great area to base yourself. 'More spacious than Tokyo hotel rooms for sure. I like that the shower room is separate from the toilet room, and there's an in-house washing machine. Within walking distance from Dotonburi, Kurumon market and Shinsaibashi shopping. My family of 5 arrived at 1pm. Check-in doesn't happen until 3pm. 'Room condition was great and size was a plus only downside was that the sign is quite small so spotting it was a little hard. The check-in information email contained a detailed guide on how to find it though. The email was not automatically sent to me though I had to request it but their response to my email was very quick and helpful!'

"Het was een erg fijn hotel. Het enige nadeel was het geluid s avonds laat van het park en station. Maar het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en de kamers waren zuiver en groot. Met een beetje geluk heb je een fantastisch uitzicht op het park. Ik zou hier zo weer blijven!"

"Newer hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel in room, service and breakfast quality. Bathroom smaller than one in Holiday Inn Express. Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out. The architect who designed the room should be sent back to school, what a bunch of unpractical errors. In my case 5 star expectations were not met but had my expectations be towards 3 star it would be ok."

"Excellent location (shopping areas, public transport), friendly staff, great view from the room (33rd floor). Interior hotel and room design is getting a bit outdated and could use a refresh, including the bathroom. Would still recommend because of the positive items of this review."
