'The property is a short walk from the train station. The lack of a front desk was a little weird and new for us but the check in through ipad was easy and clear. We had left some important items in the hotel room after check out and the 24 hour service center at our next Minn hotel was able to contact the right people to arrange pick up of these items. They were so helpful and kind. Just amazing. '

Easy to get around to all the tourist attractions including universal studios, castle and dontonbori. Great area to base yourself. '最寄りの駅から近くで東京からの最終の新幹線でチェックインの時間が遅くなっても対応していただきありがたかったです。近くにコンビニや24時間スーパーがあり買い物は便利でしたがレストランは少なく夜は人通りが少なかったです。ホテルは新しく設備も充実していてゆっくり快適に連泊できてコスパも良くて大満足です。また大阪宿泊の際はこちらのホテルを利用したいと思います。お世話になりました。'

'The rooms are VERY comfortable. All the appliances are new and high quality. Location is close to nippombashi station, and within 10 mins walking distance to dotonbori. Highly recommend staying here. The only downside is email communication which is in japanese. But nothing google translate cant fix.'

'飯店旁邊就是鬧區，東南西北都有捷運，最近的走不用十分鐘。對面就是大型藥妝店，什麼都買得到。位置是食衣住行都方便的地方。飯店本身的優點也很多，隔音很好，不會聽到隔壁房或外面的聲音。房門一開有玄關，浴室有洗衣機，有廚房，有瓦斯爐和微波爐，可以開伙。廚具與碗盤都有。訂房選Nico，換洗衣物不用帶多。連住六天都覺得很舒服。'

"Het was een erg fijn hotel. Het enige nadeel was het geluid s avonds laat van het park en station. Maar het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en de kamers waren zuiver en groot. Met een beetje geluk heb je een fantastisch uitzicht op het park. Ik zou hier zo weer blijven!"

"Excellent location (shopping areas, public transport), friendly staff, great view from the room (33rd floor). Interior hotel and room design is getting a bit outdated and could use a refresh, including the bathroom. Would still recommend because of the positive items of this review."

"L’hotel est plutôt bien situe a proximité d’une station de metro. Les chambres sont confortables et on peut bénéficier d’un onsen. Nous avons aussi été bien accueilli en anglais. A premiere vue, tout semble parfait jusqu’a l’arrivée massive de cars de touristes mal eleves. Vous devez vous battre pour partager l’onsen bonde avec des clients qui ne respectent pas les règles d’hygiene (on se lave avant de partager le bain). Vous vous faites réveiller a toute heure car ils hurlent dans les couloirs ou vous bypassent dans l’ascenseur. Apres un sejour dans des hotels avec des japonais me choc est rude. Dommage mais on prendra un autre hotel la prochaine fois."
