'Staff was great! We requested the first floor and while we could have chosen the 3 o 4 th. Renovated floors, we wanted easy access to our car. Our children live in Hopkinton so we like the easy in and out of that floor. That being said the room was clean and comfortable! We always stay here when we come to visit our Children ! And, the chocolate cookies are amazing treats for all guests.'

'The room we had was clean but not spacious. Because we had booked for 4 nights we tried to get a bigger room but to no avail. Biggest disappointment was the airconditioner, which was very noisy. The staff was ok, but not exceptional in customer friendliness (see above). The exception being the lady in charge in the breakfast room. She was very friendly and helpful.'

'All were good, I want to compliment Patricia at the front desk. After staying one night in a room with a king bed one of our grandchildren had to stay with us. Patricia found us a room with2 beds, on the same floor and she was very pleasant the whole time. '

'We checked in late and were really hungry. We just missed the kitchen at the hotel bar. Mark was super friendly and helpful. He gave us some warm yummy cookies and gave a great recommendation for a pub down the road that had a kitchen that was open late. The room was very clean and updated. We slept like babies as the bed was very comfortable. I went to use the gym in the morning and couldn’t find it right away, the staff was so attentive and helped me locate it. The gym was great and the pool...
