'The location and room layout were absolutely excellent. We also loved the lounge / kitchen area downstairs. There were just a few things that need a bit of work. For example there was no coffee machine or even cafetiere coffee. Also the washing washing didn't work properly - and supplies of things like toilet tissue were stingy. But overall it was a great place!'

'What a gorgeous property. Peaceful view of the sheep pasture, perfect linens, clean, luxurious and great leisure area with pool table and darts. '

'There was less comfort in the room. Examples: 1. Window could not be opened (broken rope), 2. carpet worn out, 3. iron not performing optimally, 4. doorlock from inside not stable, 5. shower equipment not properly tightened, 6. too much noise at ceiling level from other guests, 7. wifi signal too weak in the room, 8. room not properly cleaned when arriving.'

'Was prima, miste alleen een terras'

'Hotel and room were clean. Some scuff marks on corridor paintwork and doors. Other guest were noisy and a lot of traffic noise if you leave the window open. Breakfast good choice but hot meal a little cold and my sausages were undercooked. However plenty of choice. Staff seemed a little disorganized but we're pleasant and helpful. Parking was good at £4 per day. Location excellent to AI and M62 so easy access when leaving. Short taxi ride into town and fairs excellent.'
