'Great staff--they do everything they can to insure a great stay. Loaned us umbrellas, beach stuff, a shopping cart--plus lots of ideas on what to do. It is far enough away from the waterfront to be quieter, but just down the street from a major mall and an easy walk to the waterfront or there is a busline a block away.It is NOT the "Ritz"--but had a great pool that was empty most of the time and felt much more personal than a chain hotel.'

'This is an excellent option for a shorter stay in Cairns. It is central, very reasonably priced, clean and has a well stocked mini kitchen. The communication was great from booking to check out. '

'Awesome pool, ac worked well, each bedroom had its own ac unit. Very comfortable I would stay there again. '

'The bathroom door on the bedroom side could not lock so basically when any of us had to use the toilet we had to announce it to the other family members for privacy. '

'Geen schoonheidsprijs, maar de prijs is wel zeer aantrekkelijk. Kussensloop was zo dun dat je de vlekken in de kussens kon zien. Het zwembad daarentegen was wel heerlijk. Redelijk groot en zeker schoon. Al met al kan dit hotel wel een facelift gebruiken. Als de kamers netter en moderner zijn is dit echt een fantastisch hotel. De manager / eigenaar is overigens heel behulpzaam.'
