'The carpet was stained, The TV was hard to work. There is not enough power points and I did not realise that the fridge was not plugged in anywhere. The front office staff were the only ones I saw and they were excellent.'

The room was quiet once I went to sleep, I do sleep with earplugs in otherwise you may hear some noise from the Highway and trains. The only downfall was the shower pressure was painful - one spout came out so strong it felt like razor blades to my skin and the rest was dribbling so I was unable to enjoy a shower.
