'All around excellent '

'I didn't know we had to pick up keys at Arrival in the harbour, so we had to wait until someone brought us the keys 20 minutes later. The pool isn't really a pool. It is a very small pool in the car parking and not in the sun. Don't call this a pool. In the 4 days we have been there I have not seen anyone making use of this water. But, great apartement, close to the beach, restaurants and convenience store. '

'Superb location, beautiful designed and well thought-out accommodation, amazing attention to detail. very peaceful place, away from any noise but close enough to walk along the beach to the Mission Beach restaurants. Delicious breakfast.'

'Warm welcome. Amazing setting with a river at their door step. Falling asleep to the sound of that river was magical. Fantastic conversations with both Peter and Steve. Great guys with amazing stories and great travel tips for my future camping spots in the Kimberley region. Yummy eggs on toast for breakfast and even better, a pea & ham soup that Peter gifted me for my journey. Peter that soup was a party in my mouth, so so delicious. I can't thank you enough. I will definitely be back. '

'Best hostel I’ve stayed at in Australia! Staff are incredible (especially Sarah). Location is stunning - it’s remote but gorgeous. I would -*highly* recommend a couple of nights here on your East Coast travels and certainly better than staying in Mission Beach which is full of construction. Despite being so remote, the prices at the cafe are very reasonable and the food and drinks are great quality. Spacious rooms, lovely communal areas, good bathrooms. 'Mooie omgeving, rust, huizen mooi gebouwd, kleinschalig. Maar er schort wel het 1 en ander: schimmel in badkamer, niet heel schoon (bijv. bij kozijnen), meerdere apparaten kapot (oven, afstandsbedieningen), geen gordijnen en verlichting erg basic. Daardoor is prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding niet echt in orde, want het is behoorlijk prijzig.'

'We have stayed at this property several times before and we are never disappointed. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The only suggestion is to have a pillow menu as the pillows were too hard and too high. '

'Dit is vooral een accomodatie voor vogelaars/natuurliefhebbers. Het is zeer basic ingericht. Wel met een gezellig kacheltje wat je wel nodig hebt. Redelijk frisjes. Wat erg leuk was dat je sugar sliders en bandicoots kon zien omdat ze 's avonds honing aan een boom smeerde. '
