'Great location and room. Unfortunately I could not access the spa and wellness centre and was informed on arrival that the pool was not in service if I had known I would have booked elsewhere. They charged my card a $1 fee and I am yet to receive it back, most staff were friendly apart from one who informed I was in the wrong car space. I went to look several times and and found that the space I had been parked in was not occupied. They may want to become compliant before having any guests stay...
